    A member of the Finance Committee in Parliament MP Masood Haider , Wednesday, figures draft financial budget law for 2017 , the $ 90.224 trillion dinars, while noting that the deficit ratio up to 10.165 trillion is equivalent to 11.27% . 

    Haider said in an interview with Alsumaria's News, " the draft budget for fiscal 2017 Act, should arrive legally to the House of Representatives a maximum on the 10th of November next , " noting that " the total expenditure budget , which is tantamount to the total value of its of 90. 224 trillion dinars. "
    He said Haider that "oil revenues planned for 2017 amounted to 68.410,125000 trillion dinars, revenue from non - oil 11.649 trillion dinars , " noting that " the price of abarrel of oil to balance in 2017 was estimated at $ 42, and the quantities of exported oil per day 3.750000 barrels per day . " 

    He added that Haider" the planned budget deficit ratio of 10.165 trillion dinars, or about 11.27% , "pointing out that" the estimated amount of the loan to fill part of theplanned deficit of 5.608 trillion dinars. "

    UPDATE 1-IRAQ BASES 2017 BUDGET ON HIGHER OIL EXPORTS, $42 PRICE
    Iraq, September 28, 2016
    Iraq's government issued a 2017 budget forecast on Tuesday which it said assumed the country will be exporting more crude and at a higher price than in recent months. The OPEC nation expects to sell 3.75 million barrels per day of crude at a price of $42 a barrel, the government said in a statement. 

    The 2017 budget forecast a drop in expenditures to 90.224 trillion Iraqi dinars ($77.51 billion). 

    The 2016 budget envisioned expenditures of 106.9 trillion dinars with a 23.5 trillion shortfall, reflecting the sharp drop in oil prices and revenues since 2014. 

    The government's crude oil exports ran at a rate of 3.23 million barrels per day in August, selling at average price of $39.25 per barrel, according to the oil ministry.
