Minister
of planning and development cooperation Ali Yusuf Al-Shukri, Sunday,
the launch of new projects not only to ratify the general budget, with
the Council of Ministers develop solutions for Exchange on ongoing
projects, warned of the development process.

Avinash said in a
statement issued today, received "alsumaria news", a copy of the
"article IV paragraph IV of the budget implementation directive

contracting new projects, given that the launch of new projects not only
to ratify the new State budget.

Al-Shukri said that "the Council
of Ministers develop solutions to Exchange ongoing projects to allow

stating that "this decision does not cover new projects so that
disabling the development process".

And the Minister of finance
if Parliament failed to vote on the budget until the 31 of December of
each year, to endorse the monthly funds and spending units to ratio
(1/12), the previous financial allocations until the ratification of the
budget, and those funds could only be used to meet obligations and
salaries, retirement and social security expenditures and public debt
services.

The Cabinet announced, (5 November 2012), lift the federal Iraq budget next year 2013 to the Parliament for ratification.

The
Council of Ministers approved, in (23 October 2012), to balance next
year 2013 worth 138 trillion Iraqi dinars on the basis for the
calculation of the price of a barrel of oil at $ 90 a barrel in the
amount of 2 million and 900,000 barrels a day.

The Iraqi
Parliament voted, in the 23 of February 2012, during its 25th
anniversary of the second legislative term the second legislative year
to abolish social benefits for the three presidencies and the granting
of 600,000 dinars for retirees who earn less than 400 thousand dinars,
and within paragraphs votes on budget lines for 2012.
