    The
    security and Defence Committee revealed parliamentary presence for the
    signing of an agreement between Baghdad and Erbil on disputed areas.
    Management and MP Coalition, Abbas Al-Bayati law States in a statement
    for "features & status of the Iraqi media network":

    the "federal
    delegations of military leaders from the Ministry of defence and
    territorial delegation, representing the Ministry of Peshmerga reached
    the fields of management of the disputed areas on the basis of the
    initiative launched by a period".

    Al-Bayati said that "the
    meeting on Sunday was expected to be held earlier, but postponed the
    meeting against a backdrop of military leaders busy federal action plans
    have visit save Imam Hussein (a.s.)".

    He continued that "today's
    meeting is scheduled to witness the signing of the Convention following
    the arrival of the delegation of the region to Baghdad, meeting with
    military leaders in the Federal Government after reaching a tentative
    agreement and fields to manage the disputed areas," he said, adding that
    "the Kurdish delegation will present technical notes and technique for
    the development of the Convention, but in agreement with the principles
    of the past and shows that the parties certainly spaces to close the
    file once and for all".

    He also noted that "the meeting will
    review before the signing of the Convention between the parties and put
    up the notes, but would not affect the foundations and principles under
    which the agreement earlier as applicable and" development. "

    said
    Al-Bayati, there is nothing to prevent without signing by both sides at
    the meeting today, that the observations raised by the brothers in the
    region are resolved through talks and negotiations and discuss promoting
    party will close the file in, and other detailed matters can be
    discussed later."

    Agreement addressing three issues the President
    beginning with the distribution and management of Iraqi civilian and
    security file management within cities, and finally bookmark the
    security forces in the disputed areas, and deployed troops to their
    former positions ".
