{Baghdad} Euphrates News Russia has confirmed the words of its representative head of the Middle East and North Africa Department at the Russian Foreign Ministry Sergey Vershinin on Foreign Altdhlat without coordination with the Iraqi government over the crisis in Iraq and Syria.
A statement of the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the agency {Euphrates News} received a copy of it today, " The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to the Russian Federation , Ismail Shafeeq Mohsen met at the ministry building in the capital Moscow, the head of the Middle East Department and North Africa in the Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador Sergey Vershinin."
He added "it was discussed during the meeting the Turkish intervention in northern Iraq, where the ambassador said , rejecting the Iraqi government 's attitude to this intervention , which has been without its consent and coordination with them, adding that the timing of this intervention came at a crucial stage in a time when our armed forces are fighting a guerrilla Daesh Alaharbih."
He said Mohsen on " the need for the countries of the world, led by the Russian Federation with Iraq and condemnation of the Turkish intervention and call theTurkish leadership to withdraw its troops immediately."
for his part, head of the Middle circle East and North Africa at the Russian Foreign Ministry said that his country 's position emphasizes the need to respect Iraq 'ssovereignty and territorial integrity and not to interference in its internal affairs and that his government believes that any outside intervention without coordination with the Iraqi government over the crisis in Iraq and the poor Soeria.anthy
