    Announced the parliamentary finance committee member Masood Haider on Saturday that the draft fiscal budget bill for 2017 included borrowing Iraq $ 15 billion from various international destinations, noting that the loan has no him share the territory ofKurdistan , as pointed out that the more money the budget devoted to security and defense.
    Haider said in an interview with Alsumaria's News, " The draft budget for fiscal 2017 , the law includes borrowing Iraq $ 15 billion from various quarters, including from theUnited States and the Islamic Development Bank , " explaining that "these loans ,which will pay part of it next year and the rest of the payments in years the next, which did not mention the name of Kurdistan and therefore there will be no share of theterritory from them. "




    He said Haider, that "the loan funds come for the reconstruction of the affected areas and to support the security forces," adding that "more budget funds allocated for security and defense is estimated to 22% of the budget."
    He stressed that "the parliament will pass the budget bill by the beginning of next year."
    The Presidency of the Council of Representatives filed on Monday (24 October 2016), the regular session of parliament to day, next Tuesday, while the parliament completed the first reading of the budget law for the year 2017.
