{International: Euphrates News} oil prices continued to decline on Monday, after no public announcement of oil producers outside OPEC specific obligation to join OPEC in reducing the levels of oil production to raise prices, pointing out that they want to resolve their differences OPEC first.
They met with officials and experts from the countries of the OPEC countries outside OPEC, including Azerbaijan, Brazil, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Oman, Russia, for consultation in the Austrian capital Vienna on Saturday.
Did not agree only to meet again in November before the normal scheduled meeting of OPEC on 30 November next, so they said in a statement.
