Finance Committee: fairer Superannuation Act more staffing managers

Baghdad/JD/...The
parliamentary Finance Committee revealed that fairer Superannuation Act
managers and leave a large segment of employees, stressing its
intention to make adjustments to the law.
The Committee said the
Iraqi list MP Ibrahim Al-mutlaq/JD/: public pension Bill contained a
public equity managers and leave a large segment of the staff, one of
the highlights of the Finance Committee on the amendment.
Al-mutlaq, said that the Committee was still studying the Bill and proposals on the paragraphs that you want to perform.
Earlier-Ahrar bloc MP revealed Awad Al-Awadi of the granting of Superannuation Act salary up to 8 million dinars.
Al-Awadi
said in a press release written received/JD/copy: unfair to have
pension administrator (8) million dinars, if compared to the salary of
the average citizen, with an invitation to reconsider this law and
modified.
And between: the pension law lacks justice and equality, and the injustice of citizens ' rights.
The
House on the legislation of new laws which determine pension
entitlements for members of Parliament and State officials, and to make
their salaries within a reasonable level.
Cabinet has approved the second amendment Bill to the unified retirement law.

spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh in a statement earlier received/JD copy: the
Cabinet agreed at its second amendment Bill to the unified retirement
law No. (28) of 2006 and submitted to the State Council for check and
then referred it to the House of representatives on the basis of the
provisions of articles (61/item first and 80/item 2) of the Constitution
taking observations raised at the Cabinet meeting with limited text on
the pension (national figures) only (without comment on the requirement
