    NOTICE

    As of April 1, 2013, financial institutions must use the new FinCEN reports, which are available

    only electronically through the BSA E-Filing System. FinCEN is no longer accepting legacy

    reports. For more information, click here.

    I think we'll have to file this electronically & not use the paper method. So which form do we use in the BSA site, anyone???

    If Dinar Trade is used won't the submittal be done when cashing in or must it be done before going to them?

    There's many types of fencin forms, I have not been alerted to any changes that will effect the 104 form as of yet. The 104 form is financial transaction records. I will make sure and report later today back to this. No cause for alert as your not a financial institution.... ;)

    Alright, I thank you for the thread start on the info and I knew this was going to make the phones rang, lol. As stated and doubled checked with Ali, This only has to do with Financial Institutes, everything is still the same for us on our end. CONFIRMED.... ;)
