    [rtl]Congratulated the parliament speaker Salim al-Jubouri on Wednesday, the American people on the occasion of their choice as the new president of the United States of America.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]He stressed Jubouri, according to a statement his office has received "Sky Press," "I congratulate you, on my own behalf and on behalf of the Iraqi people, on the occasion of choosing a new president of the United States of America," he said. "We all hope to see the next four years, many gains for the Middle East and Iraq, especially in the fight against file terrorism and the elimination of al Daesh, and to ensure the security and stability of the region and the world.     [rtl]Jubouri also stressed that "the close and friendly relations between the United States and the Republic of Iraq, based on the agreements signed between the two countries, the strategic framework agreement, will be a sense of order to expand and strengthen the ties between the two countries, and on all fields, political, economic, trade, military and cultural."[/rtl]
