    Twilight News Iraqi Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri / reported on Thursday that 75% of financial allocations to offset the expenses of 2017 will go to the salaries of state employees.
    Jubouri said in a press conference today, said that "the House of Representatives on the verge of passing the budget bill in the coming days," adding that "the budget adopted by the sale of $ 42 per barrel in the world market price."
    He added that "75% of the budget allocations will go to employees' salaries," pointing out that "32% of the budget has been allocated for security and defense."
