[ltr]He said Minister of Planning and Minister of Trade and agency Salman Jumaili, that Iraq has a very large economic potential represent investment opportunities for international companies wishing to invest, especially in the field of phosphate.[/ltr]
[ltr]He Jumaili upon receiving the Brazilian ambassador to Iraq, Miguel Magallhays and a delegation representing the Iraqi Chamber of Commerce - Brazilian joint economic and trade Alaalaqat with Brazil is one of the unique and exceptional.[/ltr]
[ltr]He called for "work to develop in the presence of a common desire between the two sides in this direction," and expressed "Iraq's desire to benefit from the expertise and capabilities and products of Brazil to support Iraq, particularly with regard to the support of the ration card and the mechanics of distribution and ensure that they reach to the citizens."[/ltr]
[ltr]Jumaili also hailed as "the positions of Brazil in support of Iraq in its war against terrorism as well as the quest for the development of political and trade relations through the presence of Brazilian companies in Iraq or those wishing to investment companies," adding that "the work is happening now to complete the joint memorandum of understanding for signing between the two countries in the commercial and technical fields. [ltr]He stressed Jumaili that Iraq "is entering a period of great instability in the political and economic aspects after the defeat al Daesh and liberate the land," past to say "that this stability will reflect positively on investment and provide a favorable environment for foreign companies, including the Brazilian companies."[/ltr]
[ltr]He pointed out that "the Iraqi Chamber of Commerce, the Brazilian joint plays an important role in strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries," noting that "Iraq has a great opportunity to invest in the production of phosphate in the light of the increasing global demand for chemical fertilizers and this opportunity will give Iraq an extra edge to strengthen its economy and achieve stability at the same time the desired open door to enter the Brazilian companies to invest in this area. [ltr]For his part, the Brazilian ambassador Miguel Magallhays the great desire of his country to the advancement of the joint economic and trade relations with Iraq.[/ltr]
[ltr]He explained that Brazil is ready to provide all kinds of assistance in the areas of agriculture, industry and the distribution of the ration card and investment in the phosphate fields and that "his country is ready to import 90 per cent of the production of this important material."[/ltr]
[ltr]Magallhays He added that "Brazil is the Iraq of important countries in the region and taking special attention to it and stood with his supporters in the war on terrorism was the common positions consistent pretty much between the two governments."[/ltr]
