    Confirmed media advisor to the prime minister, said Friday that all compensation owed by Iraq has been resolved, and the remainder of them do not pose a threat to Iraq policy.

    Ali al-Moussawi said, in a press statement that "the Security Council resolution exit of Iraq from the provisions of Chapter VII, very clear, and with respect to compensation, a certain amount is left of them, even if we have paid now to become everything outside of Chapter VII."

    He added that "most of the things left to Chapter VI, but keep a certain amount of compensation, and we can pay now, everything becomes out of Chapter VII," noting that "this amount does not pose a threat to Iraq policy, which is up to 11 billion dollars."

    He pointed out that Iraq would emerge from Chapter VII has "many implications, especially that Iraq is now complete sovereignty and full capacity, and that the development of any State under the provisions of Chapter VII, points out that the State considered dangerous to international peace and security,"

    Noting that "Iraq now has become an active member in maintaining international peace and security, and will be an incentive for companies and countries to rush to Iraq."
