Prime Minister Haider al - Abadi, said that the Kurdish forces must withdraw from towns that have been restored control of the organization 'Daesh', with the escalation of tension between Baghdad and the Kurdistan Regional Government on the future control of the territory in the north of the country.

She stressed the Kurdistan Region President 's remarks, Massoud Barzani, and Abadi in recent days their positions conflicting, with Barzani, speaking this week in Bashiqa, it would not allow residents who supported the terrorist group to return to the liberated villages, a sign may indicate that the Sunni Arabs might not be welcome .

Barzani said at a news conference, 'I've shed a lot of blood to liberate the precious areas (Daesh), does this mean that we will allow those who have joined the organization and supported him (in) these villages before the editing ( to stay)? Shops .. We will not allow them never to return. '

And its committees, Abadi said in a statement, that the agreement under which Iraq is cooperating federal forces and the peshmerga in the liberation of the province stipulates that the Kurds should return to their former positions at the victory in the battle.

Ebadi said, 'This agreement includes an explicit clause providing for the withdrawal of the Peshmerga to their former positions shortly after the liberation of Nineveh.'

It is noteworthy that many of the disputed areas in the country is nominally under the authority of Baghdad but controlled by the Kurdistan Regional Government, while the parties alleged subordination.
