    confirmed the Prime Minister Haider al -Abadi, on Saturday, Iraqi government 'skeenness on the safety of civilians in thecity of Mosul, and as he pointed to theneed to end all outstanding issues between Iraq and Iran, the latter issued an invitation to the Iraqi prime minister to visit Tehran.
