    Twilight News / said Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari told reporters in Budapest on Tuesday that he should be the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) to allow his country to continue to raise production without restrictions, in a comment on the organization's plan to restrict production to support prices.
    Jaafari said he believed that the country increase its production and it is in a special position since it is in a state of war and in reference to the military crackdown on the organization Daesh.
    He added that "not fair" to reduce his country's oil production.
    OPEC holds a meeting at the end of this month at its headquarters in Vienna. And Iraq's second-largest oil producer in the Organization, which includes 14 members, while Saudi Arabia tops the list of producers in the organization.
