"
He added , "In the higher education sector and sobriety education in our universities has been launching scientific laboratory quality standards will also be the launch ofaccreditation of higher education institutions and national standards for theclassification of Iraqi university standards."
The statement continued , "also reviewed the challenges facing the country and thevictories achieved by editing Afar Airport and some villages in addition to discussing the future of Nineveh and to emphasize that he does not fear for Nineveh and its future and will be re - stabilize it and to emphasize the absence of any direction to appoint a military governor."
He pointed out that "as guidance by the ministries of electricity, oil, industry andcommercial bank to facilitate lending to erect processing units of crude oil to meet the needs of the Ministry of Electricity in Qayyarah other terminals that receive crude oil or refer them to invest."
