    He ordered Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, the Commerce Department to secure the ration card items for families in areas recaptured from the control of Iraqi forces to organize Daesh recently.
     This came during a meeting of the Council of Ministers headed by al-Abadi on Wednesday, according to a statement "direction Press" obtained a copy of it.
    The statement added that "the directive by the ministries of electricity, oil, industry and commercial bank lending to facilitate the setting up processing units for crude oil to meet the needs of the Ministry of Electricity in Qayyarah other terminals that receive crude oil or refer them to invest."
    The statement said he "took place during the meeting to discuss the draft basic principles of the Law of the provincial and district council elections, which includes reducing the number of members".
    Pointing out that he has during the meeting also "discuss OPEC's decision with regard to reducing oil production and the official position of Iraq, which stands with the reduction decision."
    The statement added that the council also discussed the provincial elections law, and resulted in the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries meeting (OPEC).   jh
