(KUNA) - His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah Al-Sabah sent a congratulatory letter to his brother, His Excellency President Jalal Talabani, President of the Republic brotherly Iraq over the Prince expressed his sincere congratulations to His Excellency and to the Government and the brotherly Iraqi people on the occasion of the withdrawal of Iraq from the provisions of Chapter VII of the Charter of the United United.
Looking forward Highness to open a new page shining in restoring mutual trust between the State of Kuwait and the Republic of Iraq and the payment strengthen the good relations between them and upgrading various frameworks of bilateral cooperation joint in all fields to new horizons to achieve their common interests and can therefore brotherly Iraq to restore its natural role expectancy its Arab, regional and international levels and to achieve security and stability in the region.
