{Baghdad} Euphrates News Central Bank of Iraq, announced on Tuesday, the start of work of national and private divider system of exchange of financial transfers through credit cards.
According to the media the bank said in a statement, the agency {Euphrates News} received a copy of it today , "it was an elaborate work with this system plan first operating phase of the five banks and companies collect POS, as will be starting off with the rest of the other exporting banks for payment cards before the end of this year."

Electronic banking point of sale [POS] entire banking system hooked up but what was interesting to me was the idea of "EXPORTING BANKS" this suggests global transactions.
