    Said Shawki in an interview with Alsumaria's News, "The majority in the House of Representatives rejecting in principle to approve the amendment of the amnesty to the existence of violations of the law in which the law," noting that "most of the violations related to the right acquired and Article 15 of the law in force in which the House of Representatives committed judiciary the formation of committees and courts of appeal, which began its work effectively. "



    He added Shawqi, that "the law does not involve any reactionary or be retroactive except in respect of which the real estate issues, and therefore some members of parliament have demanded to postpone the vote on the amendment in principle while studying in detail before going to a vote," noting that "the vote on the amendment means some re-released decision committees appellate courts to jail again and this is contrary to the legal rules. "
    The House of Representatives decided on Monday to postpone the vote in principle on a first draft amendment to the Law of General Amnesty Law No. (27) for the year 2016.
