    This came after the legal committee of parliamentary suggested " to amend Article 49 of the Constitution and make adjustment mechanisms to the House of Representatives to then be put to a referendum in conjunction with the provincial elections as well as the formation of a judicial commission to oversee the elections , with the importance of making the necessary amendments to the provincial elections law No. 36 of 2008 ".
