    This article Day Dreamer posted on the border maintenance, sounds like in the last paragraph is referring to the upcoming visit for Kuwait PM to sign with Iraqi PM. All those 9 agreeements we are waiting on. Not sure if will be done soon. But, it does sound promising.

    Yep I agree, sounds really good... everything is on schedule .... The border issue is resolution 833 and was cited by all parties as the most important issue....

    the Iraqi and Kuwaiti sides, meeting under the auspices of the United
    Nations to initiate procedures for maintenance of the boundary markers
    for both countries.

    According to a statement issued by the
    meeting today, that "direct meeting, maintaining boundary markers for
    both countries convene under the chairmanship of the Deputy Special
    Representative of the Secretary-General for the United Nations in Iraq
    Georgia Posten and an Iraqi delegation led by Ambassador Mohammad Bahr
    Al-Ulum and Kuwaiti side represented by Director of follow-up and
    coordination of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Khaled
    Al-mughamis".

    The statement said the meeting was attended by
    representatives of companies implementing the project ", pointing out
    that" the meeting decided to finish maintenance of boundary markers on
    31 March.

    The Iraqi-Kuwaiti relations have recently made
    progress in terms of resolving some outstanding issues, as agreed during
    the visit of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to Kuwait on 14 March 2012,
    to put an end to the issue of compensation for KAC and maintenance of
    boundary markers, as had been agreed on the basis of common frameworks
    to resolve all files, within short time frames.
