    Divorce cases has increased dramatically in recent years, even started to arrive in significant rates during the same month, experts attributed to the overall problems lead to this. According to a source in one of thecourts that there was no any court in Iraq, register the case of divorce on any given day, what portends significant adverse condition.

    For his part, citing a judicial source told the "long", that "there are approximately 20 to 50 divorces per day in some of the courts." 
    "The cases of divorce began to take the top places in forensic cases in the courts, where barely a specific day passes without a divorce case in most of the Iraqi courts." 
    According to the federal judiciary, (29 / November / 2016), the registration of the country 's more than 5200 cases of divorce courts, compared with 8341 marriages over the past month. 
    A judiciary spokesman Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar said in a statement the Baghdad Times obtained a copy of it that " the courts of the country recorded during the last month marriages 8341, compared to 5209 cases ofdivorce." 
    Bayraktar said that " the highest of marriages registered in Baghdad Bjanbhe Karkh and Rusafa B2454 case, as it was of the highest divorce rates B2495 case." 
    He is explaining that "divorce rates have increased during the last month on what his record September B672 case."
