HE'S USING THE SAME ARGUMENT JILL STEIN IS USING - TALK ABOUT TOTAL WAR AGAINST TRUMP

CARSON CITY, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) — UPDATE: Nevada election officials will recount ballots in five counties after independent presidential candidate Roque De La Fuente requested and paid about $14,000 for the effort.
De La Fuente finished last in the state but this week requested a recount in Nevada, a state Hillary Clinton won. De La Fuente says he wants to counterbalance a recount Green Party candidate Jill Stein requested in Wisconsin, which Donald Trump won.
Deputy Secretary of State for Elections Wayne Thorley said Wednesday that state law requires the five counties -- Carson City, Douglas, Mineral, Nye and Clark -- to begin the recount within five days and complete it within five additional days.
Thorley says if recount results show a discrepancy of at least 1 percent for De La Fuente or Clinton, a full state recount will be launched.

An independent presidential candidate has filed a recount request for Nevada's election.
Roque "Rocky" De La Fuente said in a statement Tuesday that he would push for recounts in Nevada and Florida, saying both states "'earned' the right to be audited."
"...My only interest is to create a nationwide awareness of the vulnerability of our election system and to do everything possible to assure that your vote counts for the candidate for whom it is cast," he said.
Democrat Hillary Clinton won Nevada with 47.92 percent of the vote, or 539,260 votes total. De La Fuente came in last, finishing with 2,552 total votes, or 0.23 percent of the total.
Under Nevada law, any candidate can request a recount of the votes, but officials would only determine the number of votes received for the requesting candidate and the person who won the election. The requester would also have to cover the estimated cost of a recount in advance.
In De La Fuente's petition to the secretary of state's office, obtained by reporter Jon Ralston, he asks for recounts in 93 precincts, or about 5 percent of the statewide precincts. All but eight are in Clark County.
The recount would have to find a discrepancy of at least 1 percent for either Clinton or De La Fuente from the votes tallied in the original canvass to move forward. The secretary of state would then determine if a full statewide recount should be ordered, according to state law.

A recount is required to begin five days after a request is made, and it must be finished five days after it begins.
Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein has launched several high-profile petitions for recounts in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan. Stein did not make Nevada's presidential ballot.
A call to the secretary of state's office has not been immediately returned.
