Cabinet voted Sunday evening on a draft provincial and district council elections law after a number of amendments to it. According to an official statement the "morning" received a copy of it, the Council of Ministers held yesterday extra session, headed by Dr. Haider al-Abadi. The session was devoted, according to the statement, to discuss the draft provincial and district council elections law which has hosted members of the Electoral Commission have been put up problematic issues in the law to achieve the integrated enterprise law and presented to the House of Representatives.
