     Baghdad / term 

    Under the slogan of "change .. a civil state ,federal democracy and social justice," Iraqi Communist finished tenth national congress toelect Raed Fahmi secretary of the CPC Central Committee, last Saturday. 
    A statement of the Central Committee, received a (long) version of it, " The Tenth National Congress of the Communist Party of the Iraqi utter days 1 to 3 December 2016 in Baghdad under theslogan (change .. a civil state , federal democracy and social justice)." 
    She said the Commission " The conference began its gala opening majestically Cinema Semiramis hall in Baghdad, and in the presence of a large crowd of officials and political figures, MPs and representatives ofpolitical parties and national forces and democracy organizations, professional associations, trade unions and the public, and social and religious figures, intellectuals and journalists, journalists, academics, along with a wide audience of party comrades and friends. " 
    The Central Committee of the Communist Party and explained that " the opening ceremony began with thenational anthem a minute of silence in honor of the martyrs of the party and the people and their national movement and standing." 
    And threw Hamid Majid Moussa, secretary of the Central Committee, addressed the opening ceremony, inwhich he stressed that " the current situation poses an objective need for change, abandoning the old in favor of a new approach, he believes real reform, rebuild the state and its institutions in accordance with theprinciple of citizenship, and supports real democratically in the fields approach political, economic, social, cultural, and do social justice and human rights values, and fight corruption and the corrupt, terrorism and terrorists, and protect the integrity and independence of the judiciary, and ensures proper handling with thewill of the people and their real representatives. " 
    The Conference received greeting messages of congratulations from dignitaries and national parties, and leftist and communist parties in the Arab countries and the world, praised the role of the party and its struggle in the difficult conditions experienced by the country, wishing him progress and strengthen its positions and itsrole time. 
    At the start of the work of the conference sessions , Comrade secretary of the Central Committee welcomed the delegates and wished the conference to accomplish its tasks with high spirit. 
    He pointed out that "after the ratification of the accreditation and approval of the legitimacy of the conference in accordance with the rules of procedure report, the delegates elected to the Presidium of the Conference and Accreditation Committee, the committees of the four workshops devoted to discussing the political report projects, and the program, and rules of procedure, the report Alanejaza and financial report of the Central Committee of censorship." 
    The Central Committee of the Communist Party and asserted that " the delegates discussed in an atmosphere of transparency and democracy in those documents mentioned workshops and Okaroha later in the plenary of the Conference, also endorsed many of the decisions and recommendations and appeals and greetings." 
    The conference sent a message greeting to his secretary , Hamid Majid Moussa, said that the announcement, in the first day of the conference, for leaving his position as secretary of the CPC Central Committee and other relevant deeply meaningful episode in the Exploits proposed by the length of his combative protracted, during which he made a shining example has inspired generations of communists that a series the revolutionaries Mesopotamia. "
