    , the parliamentary finance committee denied, Wednesday, and an increase in taxes on shipping special cards mobile phones in the 2017 budget, pointing out that the stated tax rates are the same as in the previous year 's budget. 

    The committee member said Haitham al - Jubouri , during the Sumerian morning program aired by Al Sumaria, said that "what has been traded on the existence of anadditional increase in taxes on Kartat shipping is the word is not accurate , " noting that "what has been imposed from 20% on This Rtat are the same percentage that was in the 2016 budget. "




    Jubouri said that " the annual budget and thus its provisions impose the beginning ofeach year and that these taxes are added in each new budget that the provisions of theprevious budget was canceled," he said . "This tax will not be repeated in the budget when what has been amended tax bill that awaits his coming coming soon". 

    The Jubouri that "some weak souls lifted the Rtat prices , taking advantage of amisunderstanding among the citizens through managed to make them that there is anincrease in taxes on Rtat." 

    The House voted on Article 24 of the draft 2017 budget law, which are included in one of its clauses impose a 20 percent tax on the assets of mobile phones and Internet networks.

    Parliamentary Finance Committee, denied Wednesday, an increase in taxes on shipping special cards mobile phones in the 2017 budget, pointing out that the stated tax rates are the same as in the previous year's budget.
