    The report, seen by the "light News" today, to the "commitment of the parties to agree to cut production by 1.2 million bpd from OPEC and 0.6 million barrels of non - OPEC," pointing out that "it is assumed that the emerging markets benefit from the rise oil prices , while it would be a burden on growth in the United States and the euro zone as major importers of oil. " 
    The report said, "There are a number of key themes that serve as a driving force for advanced economies during 2017, and at the same time may be impeding the growth factors in emerging markets, predicted ashift in focus from monetary policy to fiscal policy in advanced economies." 
    He noted "expansionary fiscal policy in the United States to push the Fed to tighten monetary policy at afaster pace, which would increase in US revenue, plus it is expected that the rise in interest rates in theUnited States leads to increased capital flight risks from emerging markets . " . 
    The report predicted "recovery in global oil prices , with the market in the process of rebalancing agree with the production cut by OPEC and with the strong growth in demand, and the worsening political risk with rising wave of populism and make important elections in Europe."
