    Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed on Wednesday, that "state employees and retirees salaries and allocations of the ration card and beneficiaries of social protection network, fully insured in the general budget, despite the possibility of delay paid during the final months of next year.
    The committee member said Sarhan Slevana in a press statement, that "the general budget in 2017 secured the salaries of public sector employees and the self-financing companies and the ration card and a network of social protection and retired completely."
    He Slevana, that "the deficit in the operating budget expenses for the next year amounted to about two trillion dinars, which is what it may lead to a slight delay in the payment of staff salaries for the specified dates during the last months of next year."
    He pointed out that "Parliament and the government adopted retrenchment thoughtfully and transfers some of them to the gates of the sectors most important priority, according to the available revenue."
    He Slevana, said that "the parliamentary finance committee, according to its powers, transferred 400 billion dinars from the budget to service projects in progress or completion of new projects in various sectors."
    And on the possibility of challenging the terms of the general budget and the amendments added on them, "The right of the Council of Ministers, if found that the paragraphs of the budget are not commensurate with the financial realities of the country, said the appeal to the Federal Court," while noting that "the government can appeal a paragraph or paragraphs or overall the budget, and there is no fear of a parliamentary government challenged the budget and its amendments. "
