In a conference on Kurdistan's independence, organized by the American University in Duhuk, he added that the dialogue will start in Da'ish post-war era.
"We received positive understanding from the federal government and some Iraqi political circles", he said.
"Baghdad will remain a strategic depth to the Kurdish region", Barzani confirmed.
He added that the internal problems in the region are not "obstacles" before the independence, stressing that the Kurdish region is a stability element in the area.
On the economic scene, Barzani poiىted reasons for the deterioration of the economic conditions in the region after 2014, including the refugees and cutting off its national budget from Baghdad.
