Use a soda charger to quickly carbonate the soda water called for in this cocktail, which was created by the experts at Bourbon & Branch, the popular San Francisco bar.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Hendrick’s gin
- 1 oz. VS cognac
- 3/4 oz. lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. grenadine
- 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
- Dash of soda water
- Crushed ice as needed
- Fresh raspberries for garnish
- 6 to 8 mint leaves

Directions:
In a pilsner glass, combine the gin, cognac, lemon juice, grenadine, simple syrup and soda water. Top with crushed ice and stir to combine. Garnish with raspberries and mint leaves and serve immediately. Serves 1.Recipe by Bourbon & Branch, San Francisco.
