In this great cocktail from Graham Case, Bar Manager and Mixologist at Blackberry Farm, a Belgian-style ale fermented with berries lends depth of flavor to this otherwise light drink. The recipe serves one but can easily be made in a larger batch.

    Ingredients:

    • 1/4 fl. oz. (7 ml) St. Germain
    • Sparkling wine as needed
    • Belgian-style ale fermented with berries as needed
    • Fresh blackberries for garnish

    Directions:

Pour the St. Germain into a coupe glass and fill halfway with sparkling wine. Top off with Belgian-style ale and garnish with blackberries. Serves 1.
