    [rtl]Expressed the Health and Environment Committee member of the parliamentary Abdul Hadi al-Saadawi, the determination of his committee approve the health insurance law during the next legislative separation of Parliament.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Saadawi said in a statement, "the most important laws to the Commission and the Ministry of Health Act, which was withdrawn by the government to take it back again," pointing out that "most laws was withdrawn from the parliamentary committees."[/rtl]
    [rtl]He added, "We now have health insurance and the law of the Ministry of Health project," pointing out that "the health and environment committee if it wants to succeed in Iraq to work on health insurance."[/rtl]
    [rtl]The member of the committee, said that "health insurance law is important because it eases the burden on hospitals and give justice for all the people by dealing with patients inside and outside Iraq, also reduces costs by the state especially through eviction or recruitment medical inside and outside the country."[/rtl]
    [rtl]"The law treats pathological cases in hospitals or outside of Iraq, as well as allowed hospitals are consistent with the health of all countries of the world," saying "there is no objection to the law, but it needs to be a clear mechanism of action."[/rtl]
    [rtl]And "there was a proposal that the state spends eight million dinars, and anything more than that citizen will pay, while another proposal stipulates that the state is spending 6 million dinars, and over it endures citizen."[/rtl]
    [rtl]The House Speaker Salim al-Jubouri, was announced on the seventh of this month, the legislative term of the first legislative year, the third the third parliamentary session ended, after a parliamentary vote on the draft federal budget law for next year .[/rtl]
