    He stressed Prime Minister Haider al - Abadi, on Saturday, on the need for the start of "community reconciliation" after the liberation of Mosul, demanding blocs waive privileges and move away from the search for positions.

    In another context, the prime minister said "our heroine is currently inside Mosul and victory is near, but need the support of everyone, because the enemy is not normal, but an armed Boadologih intellectual abnormal." 
    He noted the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces that "Daesh uses all government buildings to implement its objectives in the despicable killing of citizens , " stressing that " the ongoing military operations in Mosul , according to the plans and the delay comes to avoid the fall of civilians." 
    In turn, considered the Secretary General of the Dawa Party , Nouri al - Maliki, during a speech at the ceremony, said that " the concept of national reconciliation does not mean reconciliation with those whose hands are stained with Iraqi blood." 
    Maliki said that "terrorism must be eliminated socially, politically , and I hope that does not open up a battle with a partner in the political process , because our battle and we finish one of them and then we solve our differences , the Constitution and the law." 
    He said president of a coalition of state law , "I wish from neighboring countries to help Iraq in the construction phase of the country after the end of Daesh terrorist gangs", stressing that "our real enemy Daesh and blasphemy and extremism." He said al - Maliki "I hope our Arab brothers to lend a helping hand in the media and the military, because the stability of Iraq means stability of the region", calling on neighboring countries to "open up on us and hear us and it is not biased." 
    And between Maliki said that " the nature of the Iraqi political activist work and needs to establish political parties and the best parties of working for humanity and not for a class." 
    The party has celebrated its anniversary last year twice, first in the presence of Abadi and another in the presence of al - Maliki. Observers attributed, at the time, the multiplicity of its anniversary celebrations of the party to internal conflicts between wings of the party which is divided between Abadi al - Maliki.
