Based on what passed the House of Representatives and in accordance with the provisions of subsection (i) of Article (61) and item (iii) of Article (73) of the Constitution.

Issuing the following law:

Law
Ratification of the Agreement for the Establishment of a joint committee for cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the State of Kuwait
Article 1 - the Republic of Iraq ratified the agreement set up a joint committee for cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and Kuwait signed in Baghdad on 29/04/2012.
Article 2 - This law shall be from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
The reasons
In order to strengthen ties of friendship and cooperation with the State of Kuwait and the desire of both sides to resolve the outstanding issues between the two sides committed to conventions and relevant international resolutions in order to reach a comprehensive settlement of all the belongings between the two countries in order to assist the emergence of solid ground and new relations of fraternal through the formation of a joint committee between the two countries to coordinate positions and strengthen cooperation in various fields.
