    Oil Minister Ali Jabbar Hussein Allaibi participated in the ministers of the Arab countries of the Petroleum Exporting {} OAPEC Organization Council meeting held in Cairo, while stressing he was working to unify the positions of producing countries to restore stability and balance the oil market.
    A statement from his office got "direction Press" a copy of which confirm the oil minister during the meeting, "Iraq is keen to communicate and consult with our brothers in the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries" OAPEC ", and that the session {97} held in Cairo meetings are an opportunity to strengthen the bonds of relations with the brothers in the organization in order to unify positions in order to meet the challenges facing the world oil market".
    He added that "Iraq will work to strengthen these efforts in order to work on restoring the balance and stability of the oil market and support oil prices ".
    For his part, the oil minister of Kuwait, the current chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Organization Essam Abdul Mohsen Al-Marzouq that the ultimate goal of the organization in the meeting {97} of the organization is the cooperation of its members in various aspects of activities related to the petroleum industry.
    He welcomed his counterparts, Minister of Oil and Energy Minister with his counterparts in the Algerian People's Democratic Republic, and Chairman of the National Oil Corporation in the State of Libya, who are participating for the first time in the meetings of the Board .
    Marzouq pointed to the historic agreement in the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) to re-balance global oil markets, and the role of Member States in OPEC and OAPEC for the success of this agreement and the importance of the commitment of all parties in line with Algeria, the final agreement in September 2016 and the meeting of OPEC in November 2016, which resulted in the formation of the Commission cabinet to monitor the production, also pointed to the importance of the 2015 Paris agreement on climate estimates and which entered into force as well as how to adapt positively in line with the petroleum industry output.
