[ltr]US President Barack Obama signed the defense budget for 2017, estimated at B619 billion dollars, after it was approved by the House and Senate.[/ltr]
[ltr]Defense budget and carried an item terms of reducing military cooperation between Washington and Moscow.[/ltr]
[ltr]The text of the item should not use any money from the defense budget for 2017 in partnership agreements and military-military cooperation between the two countries, only after obtaining the Minister of Defense in coordination with the Foreign Minister, the special of the relevant committees in Congress approval.[/ltr]
