" 
    However , a member of the Energy Committee said , "but the ministry did not take advantage of this ideal image because of poor planning and financial and administrative corruption that prevented provide electrical power to the citizen." 
    He said Yassin that " the ministry is trying to head for investment to solve the problem of processing, but that it comes by a large margin at the expense of the citizen, when you are hauling distribution projects and production for the investor, the first purpose was to profit and not the services provided , " stressing that "the Ministry of Electricity turn the move to the Ministry of trade, while its primary role is to provide electricity to all citizens prices commensurate with the economic and financial situation. " 
    He said the Energy Committee member , said " The ministry submitted a project in a difficult economic time going through the country , " stressing that " the economic situation and austerity in addition to large taxes collected from citizens for education, health, water and other burdened his shoulders a lot." 
    And MP Zaher Yassin that " the ministry is the justification that this step be Ktrashid, but rationalization comes in accordance with the particular contexts and instructions, while citizens now pay tax what was stolen in this ministry."
