    He attributed the Basra Governorate Council, on Wednesday, not to launch dues of contractors and companies because of the local government to convert these entitlements instruments, bonds, will be spent by the central government later.

    It is said that the governor of Basra Office Majed Nasraoui, announced that the latter had discussed with the Ministry of Finance dues contractors in order to reach an agreement on the launch.
