In addition to coordinating with the Industrial Bank to finance the purchase of electricity generation systems from the sun for the homes of citizens or projects, and in order to provide part of the electrical energy required by the work of the Central Bank, it decided to acquire electrical power generation systems and install them on its buildings in Baghdad and its branches.

The Central Bank encourages all authorized banks and institutions wishing to equip clean energy systems to interact with this trend and present their offers and expertise to this bank and the rest of the state institutions and the private sector.

7th July, 2021

Samson:  Al-Kazemi’s advisor sets a condition for dealing with financial abundance from high oil prices
6th July, 2021
Advisor to the Prime Minister, Alaa Abdel Hussein, set, today, Tuesday, the date for repaying the loans, while indicating that the government can only dispose of the financial abundance from the rise in oil on a condition.

Abdul-Hussein said, "The improvement in oil prices in the global market is positive for the economies of the oil-producing countries, especially those that depend largely on oil in their budgets," noting that "the interest that Iraq derives during this year from the increase in oil prices will contribute to covering the budget deficit of 29 to 30 trillion dinars, if prices continue in this way until the end of the year.”

He added, "In the event that the price of a barrel of oil exceeds $77, this will contribute to achieving an abundance that is not very large, but will contribute positively to the state's general budget for the next year and will help the Iraqi government with the issue of repaying the loans on it."

Abdul-Hussein stated that "the current oil levels will provide, from now until the end of the year, surpluses that will help Iraq in the budget and achieve a financial abundance that the government cannot dispose of, except through a supplementary budget," ruling out "organizing a supplementary budget within the current data, but this abundance may be Next year, the government will help to repay the loans.”   LINK

Samson:  America delivers a strongly worded message to Iraqi figures: Our military response is close
7th July, 2021
On Wednesday, American diplomatic parties delivered a strongly worded message to specific Iraqi political figures, through government sources, after the bombing of Erbil International Airport and Ain Al-Assad base, by armed Shiite factions.
A government source told Shafaq News Agency, that the message included that Washington will have a close military response to armed factions involved in launching attacks against US interests and targets in Erbil and Anbar.
The international coalition announced that 3 people were injured in an attack with 14 missiles targeting the "Ain al-Assad" base in western Iraq, earlier today, Wednesday. Today's attack is the second of its kind, as the base was attacked with 3 Katyusha rockets last Monday. Also, yesterday evening, Tuesday, Erbil International Airport was attacked by a booby-trapped drone, without causing any damage.
It also comes a few days after US raids were launched on Iranian-backed factions' sites on the Syrian-Iraqi border, "in response to attacks by drones launched by those factions on Americans and American installations in Iraq."
About fifty attacks have targeted US interests in Iraq since the beginning of the year, including the US embassy in Baghdad and Iraqi military bases that include Americans, and the Baghdad and Erbil airports, as well as logistical convoys of the international coalition, in attacks often attributed to groups loyal to Iran.   LINK

Where the Eye Test Meets the Numbers

In general, I appreciate what the stats community is trying to do. I think that trying to give teams any kind of quantifiable data they can use to assist in assessment of player personnel is a boon.

Where I think the disconnect happens is when people don't balance what they actually see on the ice with what some advanced stats seem to suggest.

Exhibit A: Martin Marincin. I have read a few write-ups over the last few weeks trying to defend Marincin as a good (some even say very good) player because "stats say so". I just don't comprehend how anyone who watched the games this past season could think he's anything less than a fringe #7 on a half-decent team. I don't think he is good. In fact, I think he's quite bad. He's soft, mentally weak, makes glaring errors and is just an overall weak player. Check some of the stat lines, however, and he looks like a perfectly viable top 4 Dman. It's clear that there's a problem here.

Not nearly as bad, but definitely worth talking about is Exhibit B.

Exhibit B: Jake Gardiner. I think he's an above average player and certainly a top 4 Dman. That said, I think the advanced stats tend to make him look a lot better than he is. There are a lot of shifts where he is directly responsible for goals against, turnovers, generally unintelligent plays. He also has many where he is directly responsible for zone exits, holding the blue line in the O Zone, and driving offense. However, advanced stats would suggest he's in the upper echelon of the league for defensemen, and I just don't think that's true. I think he's a tier below that. A solid middle pair guy. His hockey IQ seems awfully low, and some of his on-ice decisions are simply baffling. So while I feel he is a top 4, and a pretty good defender, I think the stats paint him as a much better player than he is.

My point is simply this: It is important to identify and walk the fine line where the eye test meets the numbers. I don't feel you can blindly follow just one of them. Doing the former is a Brian Burke thing, and you end up effectively trading picks that become Rickard Rakell and John Gibson for Tyler Biggs. Doing the latter is what gets you sparkling assessments of fringe NHLers like Martin Marincin. In my opinion, you need a healthy balance of both.

In-Depth Review of the Coyotes Defense
March 18, 2017, 12:12 PM ET [23 Comments]
James Tanner
Arizona Coyotes Blogger • RSS • Archive • CONTACT
Ignoring the traded Michael Stone, the Coyotes have dressed eight defenseman this year.

In order from the least used to the most, they have played:

Jamie "I'm wearing loafers" McBain
Kevin Connauton
Anthony DeAngelo
Jakob Chychrun
Luke Schenn
Connor Murphy
Alex Goligoski
Oliver Ekman-Larsson

The team can't possibly take another year of being this bad, and one of the ways they'll have to improve is by making their defense better. The challenge in doing that is that most of the spots seem to be already filled. Goligoski and Murphy are signed long-term. OEL is the franchise player. Chychrun and DeAngleo are the future.

Team's defense units are not made or broken on the sixth Dman, so this means either major changes have to occur or major internal improvement has to happen. Possibly both.

Ekman-Larsson

The best Coyote player of all-time, bar none. Undebatable. The Franchise. He's only 25 and just hitting his prime. He is a top-ten, probably top-five NHL dman. He's about to put up his fourth straight 40 point season. He still has a shot at his fourth straight 15 goal season but he's not going to hit 20 goals for the third year in a row.

The narrative is that he's having an off year. That's not really the case. He's still the best player on the Coyotes basically every single game (occasionally it's Mike Smith).

It's hard to use numbers to defend him, because he plays by far the most and toughest minutes on the team, and he usually does it with an AHL quality partner.

His most common partner has been Luke Schenn, followed by Connor Murphy. Having those two on the top line pretty much sums up why the Coyotes are where they are.

Despite the 'off' year, OEL ranks very high in goals-above-replacement, game-score, and wins-above-replacement charts. These are single numbers designed to rate a player's overall performance.

One of these years the Coyotes will be good and he'll have a 58% CF and 60 points and people will be like "has he always been this good?" and I'll be like "totally dudes."

Connor Murphy

His six year contract was a good bet, but it turns out to be a huge error. He's terrible and needs to be cut and/or traded. Back when our gramma's were friends, it would be amusing to think they talked about the future "Hey Claire, won't it be crazy when my grandson is a millionaire and yours is a town-house living hockey-blogger who rips him but makes 100s of times less money?" Oh the fun they could have had!!

Murphy can't defend and he doesn't have the offense to make up for it. They've done everything they can to try and make it work - he's a great-skating right-shooter, afterall - but he's got to go. I will bet almost anything he's not back.

Luke Schenn

Man, I remember how pumped I was when the Leafs drafted him. Then I remember how bummed I was when they traded him for JVR. I will always like Schenn, but it's a joke the Coyotes play him on the top pairing. He's got to go.

Goligoski

He plays OK D and gets you 30 points. Goligoski gives you exactly what you want: a stable second pairing guy who can move down the lineup as he ages and your young guys develop.

He started off rough on the new team, but he's gonna finish with his typical 35 points. Pretty much gave the Coyotes everything they thought they'd get when they signed him.

A solid vet for a young team, Goligoski has been as advertised.

Kevin Connauton

He is underrated. Everytime he plays, he does alright in his sheltered minutes. For whatever reason Tippett won't play him unless he has to, but when he's in I have no complaints about him.

You could do worse for your seventh dman. Then again, he has 1 point in 20 games and you may want a more physical, typically defensive guy. Basically, as a #7 he's fine.

Jacob Chychrun

By far the best move of John Chayka's career has been to trade up to draft Chychrun.

The Coyotes have played him and DeAngleo pretty conservatively, but they've both been solid in their limited roles.

He's outscored OEL at 5v5 17 points to 16, and leads all Coyotes D in 5v5 goals with six. He's done this playing 400 minutes less than OEL.

Overall, he's scored 19 points and he's going to push Goligoski to the 3rd pairing. He already should have, but Tippett babies rookies.

He's going to be a huge star. His play is probably the best thing about this season, Coyotes-wise.

Anthony DeAngelo

He's no good at D and crazy good at O. The Coyotes have a potential weapon who they can either shelter and use on the PP in a worst case scenario. In a best-case scenario he proves to be a capable partner for OEL. Either way, he was a great pick up and has had a mostly positive rookie year.

Next Year

The Coyotes defense is in good shape going forward. In a perfect world, they'll draft a star at the top of the draft who can step directly into the NHL Zach Werenski style.

Can't count on that though. All we know right now is that Schenn and Murphy have to go. Next season the D is shaping up to look like this:

OEL - ____
Chychrun - DeAngleo
Goligoski - _______

Kind of ironic that Stone and Murphy busted out, since two right-side defenseman are what the Coyotes need.

10 American Foods that are Banned in Other Countries

Topics tagged under 7 on Established in 2006 as a Community of Reality Banned-foodz

by DR MERCOLA
Americans are slowly waking up to the sad fact that much of the food sold in the US is far inferior to the same foods sold in other nations. In fact, many of the foods you eat are BANNED in other countries.
Here, I’ll review 10 American foods that are banned elsewhere, which were featured in a recent MSN article.1
Seeing how the overall health of Americans is so much lower than other industrialized countries, you can’t help but wonder whether toxic foods such as these might play a role in our skyrocketing disease rates.

#1: Farm-Raised Salmon

Topics tagged under 7 on Established in 2006 as a Community of Reality Farmed-salmon
If you want to maximize health benefits from fish, you want to steer clear of farmed fish, particularly farmed salmon fed dangerous chemicals. Wild salmon gets its bright pinkish-red color from natural carotenoids in their diet. Farmed salmon, on the other hand, are raised on a wholly unnatural diet of grains (including genetically engineered varieties), plus a concoction of antibiotics and other drugs and chemicals not shown to be safe for humans.
This diet leaves the fish with unappetizing grayish flesh so to compensate, they’re fed synthetic astaxanthin made from petrochemicals, which has not been approved for human consumption and has well known toxicities. According to the featured article, some studies suggest it can potentially damage your eyesight. More details are available in yesterday’s article.
Where it’s banned: Australia and New Zealand
How can you tell whether a salmon is wild or farm-raised? The flesh of wild sockeye salmon is bright red, courtesy of its natural astaxanthin content. It’s also very lean, so the fat marks, those white stripes you see in the meat, are very thin. If the fish is pale pink with wide fat marks, the salmon is farmed.
Avoid Atlantic salmon, as typically salmon labeled “Atlantic Salmon” currently comes from fish farms. The two designations you want to look for are: “Alaskan salmon,” and “sockeye salmon,” as Alaskan sockeye is not allowed to be farmed. Please realize that the vast majority of all salmon sold in restaurants is farm raised.
So canned salmon labeled “Alaskan Salmon” is a good bet, and if you find sockeye salmon, it’s bound to be wild. Again, you can tell sockeye salmon from other salmon by its color; its flesh is bright red opposed to pink, courtesy of its superior astaxanthin content. Sockeye salmon actually has one of the highest concentrations of astaxanthin of any food.

#2: Genetically Engineered Papaya

Topics tagged under 7 on Established in 2006 as a Community of Reality Ge-papaya
Most Hawaiian papaya is now genetically engineered to be resistant to ringspot virus. Mounting research now shows that animals fed genetically engineered foods, such as corn and soy, suffer a wide range of maladies, including intestinal damage, multiple-organ damagemassive tumorsbirth defects, premature death, and near complete sterility by the third generation of offspring. Unfortunately, the gigantic human lab experiment is only about 10 years old, so we are likely decades away from tabulating the human casualties.
Where it’s banned: The European Union
Unfortunately, it’s clear that the US government is not in a position to make reasonable and responsible decisions related to genetically engineered foods at this point, when you consider the fact that the Obama administration has placed former Monsanto attorney and Vice President, Michael Taylor, in charge of US food safety, and serious conflicts of interest even reign supreme within the US Supreme Court! That’s right. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is also a former Monsanto attorney, but refuses to acknowledge any conflict of interest.

#3: Ractopamine-Tainted Meat

Topics tagged under 7 on Established in 2006 as a Community of Reality Ractopamine
The beta agonist drug ractopamine (a repartitioning agent that increases protein synthesis) was recruited for livestock use when researchers found that the drug, used in asthma, made mice more muscular. This reduces the overall fat content of the meat. Ractopamine is currently used in about 45 percent of US pigs, 30 percent of ration-fed cattle, and an unknown percentage of turkeys are pumped full of this drug in the days leading up to slaughter. Up to 20 percent of ractopamine remains in the meat you buy from the supermarket, according to veterinarian Michael W. Fox.
Since 1998, more than 1,700 people have been “poisoned” from eating pigs fed the drug, and ractopamine is banned from use in food animals in no less than 160 different countries due to its harmful health effects! Effective February 11, 2013, Russia issued a ban on US meat imports, slated to last until the US agrees to certify that the meat is ractopamine-free. At present, the US does not even test for the presence of this drug in meats sold. In animals, ractopamine is linked to reductions in reproductive function, increase of mastitis in dairy herds, and increased death and disability. It’s also known to affect the human cardiovascular system, and is thought to be responsible for hyperactivity, and may cause chromosomal abnormalities and behavioral changes.
Where it’s banned: 160 countries across Europe, Russia, mainland China and Republic of China (Taiwan)

#4: Flame Retardant Drinks

Topics tagged under 7 on Established in 2006 as a Community of Reality Flame-retardant
If you live in the US and drink Mountain Dew and some other citrus-flavored sodas and sports drinks, then you are also getting a dose of a synthetic chemical called brominated vegetable oil (BVO), which was originally patented by chemical companies as a flame retardant.
BVO has been shown to bioaccumulate in human tissue and breast milk, and animal studies have found it causes reproductive and behavioral problems in large doses. Bromine is a central nervous system depressant, and a common endocrine disruptor. It’s part of the halide family, a group of elements that includes fluorine, chlorine and iodine. When ingested, bromine competes for the same receptors that are used to capture iodine. This can lead to iodine deficiency, which can have a very detrimental impact on your health. Bromine toxicity can manifest as skin rashes, acne, loss of appetite, fatigue, and cardiac arrhythmias. According to the featured article:
“The FDA has flip-flopped on BVO’s safety originally classifying it as ‘generally recognized as safe’ but reversing that call now defining it as an ‘interim food additive’ a category reserved for possibly questionable substances used in food.”
Where it’s banned: Europe and Japan

#5: Processed Foods Containing Artificial Food Colors and Dyes

Topics tagged under 7 on Established in 2006 as a Community of Reality Processed-food-coloring
More than 3,000 food additives — preservatives, flavorings, colors and other ingredients — are added to US foods, including infant foods and foods targeted to young children. Meanwhile, many of these are banned in other countries, based on research showing toxicity and hazardous health effects, especially with respect to adverse effects on children’s behavior. For example, as reported in the featured article:
“Boxed Mac & Cheese, cheddar flavored crackers, Jell-O and many kids’ cereals contain red 40, yellow 5, yellow 6 and/or blue 2, the most popularly-used dyes in the United States. Research has shown this rainbow of additives can cause behavioral problems as well as cancer, birth defects and other health problems in laboratory animals. Red 40 and yellow 6 are also suspected of causing an allergy-like hypersensitivity reaction in children. The Center for Science in the Public Interest reports that some dyes are also “contaminated with known carcinogens.”
In countries where these food colors and dyes are banned, food companies like Kraft employ natural colorants instead, such as paprika extract, beetroot, and annatto. The food blogger and activist Vani Hari, better known as “Food Babe,” recently launched a Change.org petition2 asking Kraft to remove artificial dyes from American Mac & Cheese to protect American children from the well-known dangers of these dyes.
Where it’s banned: Norway and Austria. In 2009, the British government advised companies to stop using food dyes by the end of that year. The European Union also requires a warning notice on most foods containing dyes.

#6: Arsenic-Laced Chicken

Topics tagged under 7 on Established in 2006 as a Community of Reality Arsenic-chicken
Arsenic-based drugs are approved for use in animal feed in the US because they make animals grow quicker and make the meat appear pinker (i.e. “fresher”). The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has stated these products are safe because they contain organic arsenic, which is less toxic than the other inorganic form, which is a known carcinogen.
The problem is, scientific reports surfaced stating that the organic arsenic could transform into inorganic arsenic, which has been found in elevated levels in supermarket chickens. The inorganic arsenic also contaminates manure where it can eventually migrate into drinking water and may also be causing heightened arsenic levels in US rice.
In 2011, Pfizer announced it would voluntarily stop marketing its arsenic-based feed additive Roxarsone, but there are still several others on the market. Several environmental groups have filed a lawsuit against the FDA calling for their removal from the market. In the European Union, meanwhile, arsenic-based compounds have never been approved as safe for animal feed.
Where it’s banned: The European Union

#7: Bread with Potassium Bromate

Topics tagged under 7 on Established in 2006 as a Community of Reality Potassium-bread
You might not be aware of this, but nearly every time you eat bread in a restaurant or consume a hamburger or hotdog bun you are consuming bromide, as it is commonly used in flours. The use of potassium bromate as an additive to commercial breads and baked goods has been a huge contributor to bromide overload in Western cultures.
Bromated flour is “enriched” with potassium bromate. Commercial baking companies claim it makes the dough more elastic and better able to stand up to bread hooks. However, Pepperidge Farm and other successful companies manage to use only unbromated flour without any of these so-called “structural problems.” Studies have linked potassium bromate to kidney and nervous system damage, thyroid problems, gastrointestinal discomfort, and cancer. The International Agency for Research on Cancer classifies potassium bromate as a possible carcinogen.
Where it’s banned: Canada, China and the EU

#8: Olestra/Olean

Topics tagged under 7 on Established in 2006 as a Community of Reality Olean
Olestra, aka Olean, created by Procter & Gamble, is a calorie- and cholesterol-free fat substitute used in fat-free snacks like chips and French fries. Three years ago, Time Magazine3 named it one of the worst 50 inventions ever, but that hasn’t stopped food companies from using it to satisfy people’s mistaken belief that a fat-free snack is a healthier snack. According to the featured article:
“Not only did a 2011 study from Purdue University conclude rats fed potato chips made with Olean gained weight, there have been several reports of adverse intestinal reactions to the fake fat including diarrhea, cramps and leaky bowels. And because it interferes with the absorption of fat soluble vitamins such as A, D, E and K, the FDA requires these vitamins be added to any product made with Olean or olestra.”
Where it’s banned: The UK and Canada

#9: Preservatives BHA and BHT

Topics tagged under 7 on Established in 2006 as a Community of Reality Bha-bht
BHA (butylated hydroxyanisole) and BHT (butylated hydroxytoluene) are commonly used preservatives that can be found in breakfast cereal, nut mixes, chewing gum, butter spread, meat, dehydrated potatoes, and beer, just to name a few. BHA is known to cause cancer in rats, and may be a cancer-causing agent in humans as well. In fact, according to the US Department of Health and Human Services, National Toxicology Program’s 2011 Report on Carcinogens, BHA “is reasonably anticipated to be a human carcinogen.” It may also trigger allergic reactions and hyperactivity, while BHT can cause organ system toxicity.
Where it’s banned: The UK doesn’t allow BHA in infant foods. BHA and BHT are also banned in parts of the European Union and Japan.

#10: Milk and Dairy Products Laced with rBGH

Topics tagged under 7 on Established in 2006 as a Community of Reality Rbgh
Recombinant bovine growth hormone (rBGH) is the largest selling dairy animal drug in America. RBGH is a synthetic version of natural bovine somatotropin (BST), a hormone produced in cows’ pituitary glands. Monsanto developed the recombinant version from genetically engineered E. coli bacteria and markets it under the brand name “Posilac.”
It’s injected into cows to increase milk production, but it is banned in at least 30 other nations because of its dangers to human health, which include an increased risk for colorectal, prostate, and breast cancer by promoting conversion of normal tissue cells into cancerous ones. Non-organic dairy farms frequently have rBGH-injected cows that suffer at least 16 different adverse health conditions, including very high rates of mastitis that contaminate milk with pus and antibiotics.
“According to the American Cancer Society, the increased use of antibiotics to treat this type of rBGH-induced inflammation ‘does promote the development of antibiotic-resistant bacteria, but the extent to which these are transmitted to humans is unclear,'” the featured article states.
Many have tried to inform the public of the risks of using this hormone in dairy cows, but their attempts have been met with overwhelming opposition by the powerful dairy and pharmaceutical industries, and their government liaisons. In 1997, two Fox-affiliate investigative journalists, Jane Akre and Steve Wilson, attempted to air a program exposing the truth about the dangers of rBGH. Lawyers for Monsanto, a major advertiser with the Florida network, sent letters promising “dire consequences” if the story aired.
Despite decades of evidence about the dangers of rBGH, the FDA still maintains it’s safe for human consumption and ignores scientific evidence to the contrary. In 1999, the United Nations Safety Agency ruled unanimously not to endorse or set safety standards for rBGH milk, which has effectively resulted in an international ban on US milk.4 The Cancer Prevention Coalition, trying for years to get the use of rBGH by the dairy industry banned, resubmitted a petition to FDA Commissioner Margaret Hamburg, MD, in January 2010.5 Although the FDA stubbornly sticks to its position that milk from rBGH-treated cows is no different than milk from untreated cows, this is just plain false and is not supported by science. The only way to avoid rBGH is to look for products labeled as “rBGH-free” or “No rBGH.”

(NaturalNews) About 100 days ago, I correctly predicted what you're seeing right now across America. On August 30, my Natural News article entitled Chaos will erupt across America in less than 100 days... no matter who wins the election, I wrote these words which were widely ridiculed at the time but are now obviously true:

The day after the election results show Trump to be the clear winner, radical leftists break out into mass protests across America. But Obama is still in power at this point, and Trump won't actually occupy the White House until early 2017. So for the remainder of 2016, Obama will open the borders wide open and even encourage as many illegals as possible to invade the USA in a final "mad dash" to the USA.

As I've publicly predicted numerous times over the last year, if Donald Trump wins, the radical extreme leftists go on a violent rampage that leads to the rest of us begging for martial law. After half a dozen cities burn with riots and looting, Trump invokes a national emergency, deploying National Guard troops across the most devastated urban areas, and the radical left finds itself in a shooting war with the government.

Knowing that all this was so easy to see on the horizon, you might wonder what I think is going to happen in the next 100 days. While I don't claim to have a magical crystal ball, overall my predictions turn out to be around 70% correct. With that in mind, you should expect to see 7 out of 10 of the following predictions coming true in the next 100 days.

#1) A massive, deliberate market crash in 2017, engineered to blame Trump
A disclaimer on this one: The timing on this may be well beyond 100 days. But it will likely BEGIN in 100 days with the Fed mucking around with interest rates and setting in motion events that will lead to a massive debt collapse before the end of 2017.

Thus, you may not see the full effects of this in 100 days, but you will before long, so make sure your assets are sufficiently diversified.

#2) An attempted political coup by communist agitators on or before January 20, 2017
This prediction is a sure thing. The radical commie left is already planning on ways to overthrow the government on January 20, 2017 (Inauguration Day).

We've covered the attempted coup in this Natural News article, which explains:

Leftist revolutionaries infuriated by President-elect Donald J. Trump's victory over Democratic rival Hillary Clinton are covertly planning the unthinkable: A takeover of the U.S. Capitol Building on Inauguration Day in a dramatic attempt to thwart his presidency.

#3) A very likely false flag attack in a large U.S. city, carried out by the Obama administration to maximize chaos for Trump
This one isn't a sure thing, but it's likely. Desperate to block Trump from becoming president, the criminal Obama regime will try anything... including setting off a high-altitude EMP weapon over the United States to bring down the national power grid and thrust the nation into chaos (and Martial Law).

Many people believe the mysterious military plane circling over Denver yesterday is somehow involved in just such an operation, as it has been identified and confirmed by the U.S. Navy as a TACAMO (Take Charge and Move Out) airborne communications hub to ensure the continuity of government following a nuclear war or other massive catastrophe.

#4) Over 100 presidential pardons for the cabal of criminals running the Clinton regime
This one is just an educated guess. I'm betting that between now and January 20, President Obama issues over 100 presidential pardons for the criminals involved in the Clinton regime, including Hillary Clinton herself. (Expect him to also pardon Loretta Lynch.)

Why will he issue all these pardons? Because if he doesn't, they're all going to jail.

Not everyone will be pardoned, of course, for the simple reason that not everyone can afford the payoffs to Obama that are necessary to achieve the pardons. Hillary and Bill Clinton will pay dearly for their pardons, which is why soon after January 20, you'll hear about the Clinton Foundation "partnering" with some new Obama non-profit effort to save children (or whatever). It's actually just a massive cash transaction to BUY the pardons from Obama.

Obama might also try to issue pardons for illegal aliens en masse. If he does, expect the legality of those pardons to be challenged (and reversed) by President Trump.

#5) Aggressive arrests of protesters by police in January
The minute Trump becomes President, he will direct police nationwide to alter their stance and get more aggressive with leftist commie protesters (who are actually just street goons hired by George Soros to carry around signs they can't even read because they're largely illiterate).

Expect to see police engaging protesters with force instead of apologizing and backing away like they were ordered to do under President Obama. Since leftist protesters aren't used to meeting resistance, you can expect to witness some serious clashes that will spill some serious blood onto the streets.

My advice to cops? Stand your ground starting January 20th, and prepare to defend your life, your community and your country against the violent communists who are attempting to destroy it all. Finally, your President won't condemn you as a criminal for doing your job.

#6) An assassination attempt on Donald Trump or a family member
Given all the death threats against Donald Trump being posted by delusional haters and anti-Trump trolls, I suspect we'll get to witness at least one lame attempt on his life in the next 100 days. This could be some daredevil leftist leaping over the White House fence and making a run for the residency with an ice pick. Or, if we're really lucky, we might get to be entertained by some radical leftist attempt to SCREAM Trump to death in a youtube video.

It couldn't possibly be any funnier than the video shown below, posted by an emotionally unhinged Clinton devotee who thinks the world can be "fixed" by screaming her raging demands into a web camera: (extreme PROFANITY warning)

For the record, I believe all assassination attempts on Trump or his family members will fail. The U.S. Secret Service is, believe it or not, actually quite competent in protecting the President.

#7) Acts of economic sabotage
You can fully expect to witness deliberate acts of economic sabotage being carried out by organized leftists (with George Soros ties) or President Obama himself. Harry Reid will also likely have a hand in all the sabotage, as he's a key criminal in the leftist power regime that just got defeated in the election.

As Michael Savage recently explained, Obama is likely to "poison pill" America on his way out, metaphorically setting fire to the system before handing it over to Trump.

Savage, by the way, is essentially the architect of Trump's plan to rebuild America. Check out his book "Scorched Earth: Restoring the Country After Obama" to learn the details.

#8) Self-defense shootings of rioters by Trump supporters
Remember that video of inner city black kids beating the snot out of a white Trump supporter? My educated guess is that Trump supporters are now going to start shooting back.

Literally.

When crazed, violent leftists assault you for your skin color, you have every right in the world to shoot them in self-defense. There is no argument on this except from the lunatic left, which ridiculously believes that black people are incapable of committing hate crimes, by definition. They are about to find out how incredibly wrong they are. Personally, I pray for the safety of all Americans and hope no one gets shot. Then again, I also know that leftists tend to be crazed violent racists and criminals, so violence instigated by the left is assured.

#9) Arrests of Sanctuary City bureaucrats who refuse to follow the law
I'm going out a bit on a limb here, and this may be more of a HOPE than a prediction, but my hope is that Donald Trump issues federal arrest warrants for all the city bureaucrats (mayors and their minions) who refuse to follow federal immigration laws.

This includes, of course, the city officials of Chicago, Los Angeles, Seattle and others. If these city officials are going to openly violate the law, they should be immediately arrested and charged with conspiracy by the DOJ (which might even be run by Ted Cruz).

Think about it: They are openly saying they are going to harbor illegal aliens and violate established law. President Trump knows this can't be tolerated in a society of law, and he'll go after these people first with a warning, and then with the full force of the federal government. As he should!

#10) Hillary Clinton gets murdered (or "suicided") by incredibly unhappy Clinton Foundation donors who want their money back
I don't put this one into the "hope" category because I would never wish death upon anyone, but some of the globalist criminals the Clinton Foundation took money from aren't quite as polite.

Think about it: Hillary Clinton pre-sold the Presidency to international "investors" who funded her foundation and her campaign to the tune of over a billion dollars in all. Much of this money came from nefarious international operators who don't take "oops" for an answer. My guess is that before long, they're going to demand their money back. NOW.

That's why I wouldn't be surprised if there was a price on Hillary's head. Again, I'm not condoning any of this, just analyzing the reality of the situation. Hillary should have known, of course, that the real risk of dealing with violent, dangerous globalists is that sometimes they turn on you... especially when you lose the election you promised them you'd win. Instead of all the political favors and backroom deals they were expecting to get from Clinton, they instead got President Trump who hates corruption so much that he just banned all his administration staffers from being lobbyists for five years after they leave!

I'm astonished that nobody in the media is talking about all this, but I wouldn't be surprised one bit if Hillary Clinton turns up "suicided" one day soon. After all, it's the same tactic the Clintons used to eliminate their own political enemies for decades.

And karma is a real bitch if you've acted like one your whole life.

8 Alarming Warning Signs That Indicate War With Russia Could Be Imminent
October 6, 2016
PrepBlog
How many more indicators do we need to see to realize that  a major confrontation between Russia and the West is approaching rapidly? Is World War III upon us? Because it’s certainly starting to look that way, and I am far from the only person saying it. The most alarming thing about it is that WWIII is most likely to involve nuclear weapons, which brings the destruction to a level that threatens the very existence of humanity.
Steve Rosenberg, Russia correspondent for the BBC tweets constantly about the situation in Russia. To quote him:

When 1 Russian paper talks about a war between US & Russia, that’s worrying. When 2 papers do it, it’s very worrying.

In no particular order, here are 8 warning signs that should grab your attention right now.

#1 The Epic Civilian Drill

This one worries the daylights out of me. Russia is currently conducting a drill that involves more than 40 million people and scenarios will cover biological, chemical, and nuclear emergencies.
The huge four-day “civil defence” drill has set alarm bells ringing in Washington and London, with tensions already high over disagreements in Syria.
Following a breakdown in communication between the USA and Russia, the Kremlin has now organised the huge emergency practice drill – either as a show of force or something more sinister.
The drill will prepare Russian citizens for “large natural and man-made disasters”, according to the country’s Ministry for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disaster.
The ministry revealed 40 million civilians, 200,000 emergency rescuers and 50,000 units of equipment are involved in the war game, which is running from October 4 to October 7.
A spokesman said in a statement: “The main goal of the drill is to practice organisation of management during civil defence events and emergency and fire management, to check preparedness of management bodies and forces of civil defence on all levels to respond to natural and man-made disasters and to take civil defence measures.” (source)

Can you hear me now? An activity on that level, with 40 million civilians? Are you really convinced that is a drill? The logistics alone make me wonder if action is about to be taken.

#2 The Deputy Commander of NATO and a US Admiral are worried

Back in May  the former deputy commander of NATO,  General Sir Alexander Richard Shirreff, warned that a major confrontation between Russia and the West. US Admiral James Stavridis, former Supreme Allied Commander Europe, echoed that view saying:
“Under President Putin, Russia has charted a dangerous course that, if it is allowed to continue, may lead inexorably to a clash with Nato. And that will mean a war that could so easily go nuclear.” (source)

#3 Peace talks about a cease-fire in Syria have broken down

Talks between Washington and Moscow that aimed to broker a peaceful solution in Syria broke down completely last week.
The rift between the U.S. and Russia deepened Monday as the Obama administration quit talks over the failed cease-fire in Syria, saying Moscow’s role in the bombardment of Aleppo left nothing more to discuss.
The decision ends for now prospects for a truce and threatens to send the long war in a perilous new direction and makes hopes for a political settlement more distant. (source)

#4 Russia is no longer participating in a nuclear disarmament agreement that has lasted since 2000.

Russia has backed out of a deal to convert 34 tonnes of weapons grade plutonium into nuclear fuel each year.
Russia has just withdrawn from its agreement to dispose of enough weapons-grade plutonium to make 17,000 nuclear warheads.
And…they’re blaming the change of heart on the US.
In the year 2000 Russia and the United States agreed to end the arms race and each turn 34 metric tons of weapons-grade plutonium into reactor fuel every year. The agreement was re-affirmed in 2010.
In a statement, Russian President Vladimir Putin accused the United states of creating “a threat to strategic stability, as a result of unfriendly actions towards Russia.” (source)

#5 Russia is gearing up in Syria

It was reported that Russia has positioned a battery of S300 in Syria.
The specific type is said to be S-300VM, also known as Antey-2500. These are specially designed for defending against ballistic- and cruise missiles. The system will be stationed near Tartus harbor and will protect the Syrian east coast as well as the Russian fleet in the eastern Mediterranean. These also have good capabilities against attacking planes. A volley cruise missile attack by the U.S. against the Syrian and Russian airports and air forces in Syria, discussed in various U.S. papers as the start of a “no-fly zone” war, will be severely hampered by this. (source)

TASS, the Russian news agency confirmed this yesterday:
MOSCOW, October 4. /TASS/. One battery of the air defense system S-300 will provide protection for the Russian Navy’s logistic facility in Tartus and Russian ships off Syria’s yshores, Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov told the media on Tuesday.
“It is true that one battery of the S-300 air defense systems has been delivered to Syria. It is to provide protection for the naval logistics facility in Tartus and the Russian Navy’s task force,” Konashenkov said. (source)

#6 Four different European militaries have had to head off Russian bombers.

A document released by the French Ministry of defense states that on September 22nd FOUR European countries scrambled fighter jets to head off two Russian Blackjack bombers. The bombers headed across the top of Scotland from Norway, before skirting Ireland’s west coast towards France and Spain. Norway, the UK, France and Spain all sent up fighters to intercept the jets.
According to the statement, the two bombers were first detected by Norway, which scrambled two F-16 jets to accompany them to the north of Scotland – where they were then intercepted by RAF Typhoon aircraft.
French Rafale fighter planes then picked up the bombers after they skirted Ireland’s west coast, before Spain sent two F-18 jets to intercept the Russian planes north of Bilbao. (source)

#7 President Obama seems to be deliberately trying to provoke Putin.

This conflict is not just about Russia. Our own president has engaged in a peeing contest and has been every bit as provocative – possibly even more so. Obama has put boots on the ground in Syria, aiding the rebels who want to overthrow the current government of a sovereign nation.
You CANNOT just show up in another country and start calling the shots because you don’t like the way they do things.
I have questions.
Is this just sabre-rattling or does Obama really think he has the right to invade a foreign country, shoot down the aircraft of that country, and also shoot down the aircraft of an invited guest in that country?
Does he really think he would get away with it?
Is he deliberately trying to provoke other world leaders?
Does Obama actually want a war? Because this is how you get a war.
Is he totally insane?
Does he really think Vladimir Putin will sit back and say okay, fair enough, Barack, no biggie?
And getting into a p*ssing contest with Russia? What is he thinking?
Provoking Putin takes things to a whole new level. It puts millions more lives at risk, because what is currently a civil war could easily escalate into an international conflict with two superpowers on different sides. (source)

#8 Putin is provoking right back.

Recently, Russian stationed troops a mere 50 miles from the US border in Alaska.
Russia has been building its forces in the Arctic due to the natural resources present in the region but the latest move takes things to a whole new level. The forces are scheduled to be in place in less than two years time.
A defense meeting on Tuesday saw Sergei Shoigu, the Russian defence Minister admit that the decision to garrison troops in the area was actually made in 2015 and he confirmed the plans to push ahead with the formation of the Coastal defense division by 2018. The force will protect the coast from the Arctic in the north to the Primary Territory in the south.
It is fair to assume that the targets they had in 1983 will be the same targets as they have in 2018. They are strategic United States facilities that if nonoperational would hobble the United States defense capacity. (source)

Are you ready for this?

Be sure you’re prepped with emergency food, water, and other vital supplies, because when this goes downhill, it will gather speed in a hurry.
We are living in very troubling times and if we’re not careful the time to prepare for what lies ahead will have passed. We need to think very carefully about the preparations we make for the welfare of our family. Here are some resources you may find useful:

10 Things That Every American Should Know About Donald Trump’s Plan To Save The U.S. Economy

Can Donald Trump turn the U.S. economy around?  This week Trump unveiled details of his new economic plan, and the mainstream media is having a field day criticizing it.  But the truth is that we simply cannot afford to stay on the same path that Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and the Democrats have us on right now.  Millions of jobs are being shipped out of the country, the middle class is dying, poverty isexploding, millions of children in America don’t have enough food, and our reckless spending has created the biggest debt bubble in the history of the planet.  Something must be done or else we will continue to steamroll toward economic oblivion.  So is Donald Trump the man for the hour?
If you would like to read his full economic plan, you can find it on his official campaign website.  His plan starts off by pointing out that this has been the weakest “economic recovery” since the Great Depression…
Last week’s GDP report showed that the economy grew a mere 1.2% in the second quarter and 1.2% over the last year. It’s the weakest recovery since the Great Depression – the predictable consequence of massive taxation, regulation, one-side trade deals and onerous energy restrictions.

And Trump is exactly right about how weak this economic recovery has been.
So how would he fix things?
The following are 10 things that every American should know about Donald Trump’s plan to save the U.S. economy…
#1 Donald Trump would lower taxes on the middle class
The tax savings under Trump’s plan would actually be quite substantial for middle class families.  The following numbers come from a recent Charisma article
• A married couple earning $50,000 per year with two children and $8,000 in child care expenses will save 35% from their current tax bill.
• A married couple earning $75,000 per year with two children and $10,000 in child care expenses will receive a 30% reduction in their tax bill.
• Married couple earning $5 million per year with two children and $12,000 in child care expenses will get only a 3% reduction in their tax bill.
#2 Donald Trump would lower taxes on businesses
Under his plan, no business in America would be taxed more than 15 percent.  Alternatively, Hillary Clinton’s plan would tax some small businesses at a rate of close to 50 percent.  So Trump’s plan would undoubtedly be good for businesses, and it would encourage many that have left the country to return.
But where would the lost tax revenue be made up?
Topics tagged under 7 on Established in 2006 as a Community of Reality Surviving-the-Final-BubbleV
#3 Childcare expenses would be exempt from taxation
For working families with children this would be a great blessing.  Without a doubt this is an effort to win over more working women, and this is a demographic that Trump has been struggling with.
It is definitely an idea that I support, but once again where will the money come from to pay for this?
#4 U.S. manufacturers will be allowed to immediately fully expense new plants and equipment
This would undoubtedly lead to a boom in capital investment, but it would also reduce tax revenue.  As an emergency measure this would be very good for encouraging manufacturers to stay in America, but it would also likely increase the budget deficit.
#5 A temporary freeze on new regulations
Red tape is one of my big pet peeves, and so I greatly applaud Trump for this proposal.  I think that Bob Eschliman put it very well when he wrote the followingabout Trump’s planned freeze on new regulations…
In 2015 alone, federal agencies issued over 3,300 final rules and regulations, up from 2,400 the prior year. Studies show that small manufacturers face more than three times the burden of the average U.S. business, and the hidden tax from ineffective regulations amounts to “nearly $15,000 per U.S. household” annually. Excessive regulation is costing our country as much as $2 trillion dollars per year, and Trump will end it.

#6 All existing regulations would be reviewed and unnecessary regulations would be eliminated
In particular, Trump’s plan would focus on getting rid of regulations that inhibit hiring.  The following are some of the specific areas that he identifies on his official campaign website

  • The Environmental Protection Agency’s Clean Power Plan, which forces investment in renewable energy at the expense of coal and natural gas, raising electricity rates;
  • The EPA’s Waters of the United States rule, which gives the EPA the ability to regulate the smallest streams on private land, limiting land use; and
  • The Department of Interior’s moratorium on coal mining permits, which put tens of thousands of coal miners out of work.

#7 Donald Trump would fundamentally alter our trade relationships with the rest of the globe
Donald Trump is the first major party nominee in decades to recognize that our trade deficit is absolutely killing our economy.  I write about this all the time, and it is a hot button issue for me.  So I definitely applaud Trump for proposing the following

  • Appoint trade negotiators whose goal will be to win for America: narrowing our trade deficit, increasing domestic production, and getting a fair deal for our workers.
  • Renegotiate NAFTA.
  • Withdraw from the TPP.
  • Bring trade relief cases to the world trade organization.
  • Label China a currency manipulator.
  • Apply tariffs and duties to countries that cheat.
  • Direct the Commerce Department to use all legal tools to respond to trade violations.

#8 Donald Trump’s plan would be a tremendous boost for the U.S. energy industry
Barack Obama promised to kill the coal industry, and that is one of the few promises that he has actually kept.  Obama also killed the Keystone Pipeline, and right now the energy industry as a whole is enduring their worst stretch since the last recession.  To turn things around, Trump would do the following

  • Rescind all the job-destroying Obama executive actions including the Climate Action Plan and the Waters of the U.S. rule.
  • Save the coal industry and other industries threatened by Hillary Clinton’s extremist agenda.
  • Ask Trans Canada to renew its permit application for the Keystone Pipeline.
  • Make land in the Outer Continental Shelf available to produce oil and natural gas.
  • Cancel the Paris Climate Agreement (limit global warming to 2 degrees Celsius) and stop all payments of U.S. tax dollars to U.N. global warming programs.

#9 Trump would repeal Obamacare
Trump claims that Obamacare would cost our economy two million jobs over the next ten years.  And without a doubt, it has already cost the U.S. economy a lot of jobs.
Not only that, but Obamacare has also sent health insurance premiums soaring, and this is putting a tremendous amount of financial pressure on many families.
Trump says that he would “replace” Obamacare, but that is a rather vague statement.
What exactly would he replace it with?
#10 Trump’s plan says nothing about the Federal Reserve
This is a great concern, because the Federal Reserve has far more power over the economy than anyone else does.  It is at the very heart of our debt-based system, and unless something is done about the Fed our debt bubble will continue to get even larger.
Since the Federal Reserve was created in 1913, the value of the U.S. dollar has fallen by more than 96 percent and our national debt has gotten more than 5000 times larger.  For Trump to not even mention the Federal Reserve in his economic plan is a tremendous oversight.
We are in the midst of a long-term economic decline, and things have not gotten better during the Obama years.  If you can believe it, a study that was just released by Harvard even acknowledges this
America’s economic performance peaked in the late 1990s, anderosion in crucial economic indicators such as the rate of economic growth, productivity growth, job growth, and investment began well before the Great Recession.
Workforce participation, the proportion of Americans in the productive workforce, peaked in 1997. With fewer working-age men and women in the workforce, per-capita income for the U.S. is reduced.
Median real household income has declined since 1999, with incomes stagnating across virtually all income levels.Despite a welcome jump in 2015, median household income remains below the peak attained in 1999, 17 years ago. Moreover, stagnating income and limited job prospects have disproportionately affected lower-income and lower-skilled Americans, leading inequality to rise.

That same study found that the percentage of Americans participating in the labor force peaked back in 1997 and has been steadily declining since that time…
Topics tagged under 7 on Established in 2006 as a Community of Reality Declining-Labor-Force-Participation-Rate-Harvard-460x308
If we continue to do the same things, we will continue to get the same results.
Donald Trump is promising change, and many of his proposals sound good, but there are also some areas to be concerned about.
Ultimately, just tinkering with the tax code and reducing regulations is not going to be enough to turn the U.S. economy around.  We need a fundamental overhaul of our economic and financial systems, and Trump’s plan stops well short of that.  But without a doubt what he is proposing is vastly superior to Hillary Clinton’s plan, and so he should definitely be applauded for at least moving in the right direction.

9 Rules to Survive Martial Law! – DETAILED GUIDE!

Posted by Self Sustained

I came across this article during the Veteran March on DC on October 13th. The grammar was pretty bad, so I did my best to clean it up. The guide in LONG, so it took me a while to get it in this good a shape. Whoever wrote it may not have been the best writer, but he or she certainly knows how to be prepared. if you find grammatical errors, I will probably spot them and have them fixed soon. I did as many as I could as fast as I could for the purposes of getting the article published ASAP.

This article will start off assuming that the Reader is already subject to MARTIAL LAW; that is, the “suspension” of the Constitution. Curfews, rationing of basic goods, enforced relocation, confiscation of firearms and supplies, and summary arrest/execution by soldiers, paramilitary police and other jack booted types wielding assault rifles. Basic survival tips will be followed with some detailed ideas on how this country should be run once we take over. IF you’re reading this before MARTIAL LAW is imposed by the current corrupt government, and IF you are reading this while you still nominally under Constitutional Law, it’s urgent you read from the beginning to end so as to appreciate the opportunities you currently have to not only protect yourself and yours, but to attempt to stop all of this from ever happening.

Rule #1: NEVER TRUST THE GOVERNMENT UNLESS THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO KILL YOU

  • Government and it’s components of career politicians, bureaucratic vermin, and their agents of enforcement, the SS ninja wannabes, have survived on illusion and lies, and for a lot longer than you’d think. It’s the very nature of the job; being part of an empire wrapped in the cloak of American political traditions of Freedom, that corrupts. All that power, attracting the most venal along with the most patriotic to defend America. All that license under ever mutable law written by money whores to lie, steal, embezzle, blackmail, extort, poison, torture, enslave, murder. Is it any wonder then that such human scum would get together and work “the system” to set themselves up as kings, dispensing with the pretty coverings of Constitutional limitations that trip their crimes like a prom dress?
  • They take as much as they can, while keeping YOU ASLEEP, AS YOU LET YOURSELF BE SEDUCED AND PUT ASLEEP BY THEIR FELLOW TRAVELERS IN THE MEDIA AND CORPORATE BOARDROOMS.

Rule #2 KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT!

  • Do NOT tell anyone anything that could get you in trouble. Assume anything can get you in trouble, because it probably will. Especially with any government official, but anyone looking to gaining a favor with the state can and will snitch on you. The rat who would sell you out for his thirty pieces could be: *A small businessman looking for a in with the state so he can make money a little easier. *A former friend who’s looking to get some revenge. *Someone desperate for even some food. Times are tough and will get tougher. Again, KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT!
  • Review the remaining rules of surviving MARTIAL LAW with Rule #2 ALWAYS in mind. Because some rat on two legs you say the wrong thing to, WILL snitch to the “authorities” in exchange for favors or even brownie points, and then you get to find out how ironclad Rule #1 is.
  • KEEP YOUR BIG MOUTH SHUT!!

Rule #3: ANY AUTHORITY FIGURE IS THE ENEMY!

  • Unless you are waging a war of liberation-gathering intelligence or spreading disinformation or infiltrating-have no relation with nor voluntary contact with any soldier, police officer, bureaucrat, or anyone in authority in private life cooperating with MARTIAL LAW. Review Rule #1: Assume they’re all liars, con artists, hustlers, thieves, and sellouts. The same goes to any fellow travelers in big business; they and government have been in the same bed for centuries. Stay away from them as much as possible. Tell them lies. Don’t do any business with them. Unless they’re sticking a gun in your face don’t even acknowledge that they exist. Shun them, their family and any sycophants that fawn over them for a few favors.

Word of the day: Prepare! And do it the old fashion way, like our fore-fathers did it and succeed long before us, because what lies ahead of us will require all the help we can get. Watch this video and learn the 3 skills that ensured our ancestors survival in hard times of  famine and war.

Rule #4: YOUR PERSONAL SURVIVAL IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN OBEYING ANY DICTATE!

  • If you’re prohibited from having an item that helps you survive, get the item; review Rule #2 AND KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT. If you’re prohibited from having extra food, medicine, guns (no brainer) then you will CACHE your prohibited items in a place where they won’t easily be found.
  • Use your imagination. One idea is to store “whatever” in seal tight waterproof containers in remote wooded areas, known ONLY TO YOU! Firearms are metallic; they can be detected by metal detectors unless you store them deep underground or in a place they won’t think of looking right away, like sealed in wider metallic tubes, away from your property. And if you by chance acquire or keep firearms knowing HOW TO USE THEM (sight alignment, trigger squeeze) and RELOADING AMMUNITION will be mandatory.
  • IF YOU’VE NEVER USED A GUN BEFORE, to use a gun, first find the PROPER AMMUNITION FOR IT.
  • On semiautomatic pistols if the slide-that moving part on top-is locked back there’s a small lever on the left side of the gun. Push on it and it will close. Otherwise you’ll have to pull the slide back yourself.
  • Pistols are concealable, rifles and shotguns are for starting a fight.
  • Shotguns you load from a port on the underside, behind the fore stock or it breaks open.
  • Rifles come in several varieties; single shot, pump, bolt action, automatic, and feed from the chamber, an internal magazine or has a detaching magazine. The rifle you want first and foremost is an automatic rifle in a military common caliber. That coupled with proper marksmanship transforms you from a victim to a freedom fighter.

Rule #5: HELP OUT THOSE WHO ARE RESISTING!

  • They, unlike you, have decided that there’s nothing to lose and therefore deserve anyone’s help who’s willing to risk their lives. Do you think MARTIAL LAW is going away on it’s own? Those bastards in black will have a sudden change of heart and do something worthwhile for a change and not oppress you?
  • At The VERY LEAST: have extra food, water for resistance fighters, basic medical supplies, ammo caches (hint, these should be concealed).
  • Those who fight will need to keep hidden, yet able to communicate with fellow fighters. You can be an intermediary. If you have skills, like welding, machine tools, chemistry, you can make weapons, ammo, other things the resistance needs.
  • If you have inside information, share it. If you have videography experience, tools, make how-to videos on resisting the theft of your freedoms. If you have medical training, set up an underground hospital.
  • Not all Patriots can or should pick up a rifle and blow a traitor’s head off. By uniting in common cause with all one has to offer the traitors can be defeated, and Freedom restored to the land. If you’re not at least giving aid to those helping to liberate you, forget this article, go back to being a victim of government oppression.

Rule #6: WITH THE UTMOST CARE, DEVELOP A SURVIVAL NETWORK.

  • This is a group of people with skills and/or resources who can help each other in areas they would be lacking on their own. It could be anything from extra food, medicine, and repair parts, fuel, transportation-whatever. In any given neighborhood you can have machinists (weapon makers), medical personnel, drivers (good knowledge of local roads), gardeners (agriculture knowledge base).
  • Petty bureaucrats secretly opposing martial law are prime candidates to spy, steal, or commit sabotage. Computer technicians can hack government systems and create surveillance systems and guidance packages for missiles.
  • Construction workers can build secret rooms to hide anything from an arms cache to a secret factory. People in the media can smuggle cameras and work with computer techs to bug enemy meetings, and produce freedom media that documents successful means of resisting. Salesmen can “borrow” merchandise from their stores for use, anything and everything is useful.
  • Especially useful will be disgruntled cops and military that can provide everything from intelligence on raids to weapons to training. Keep the numbers of your group “small”: smaller cells are more difficult to penetrate by enemy agents and professional snitches. Keeping that in mind, a means of communication independent from wiretapped phones and audible eavesdropping devices must be developed amongst you.
  • Runners can be an athlete or a kid on a bike. They can carry small packages, or notes with a handy breakable vial of flammable liquid if discovered. With a sealed packet of potassium chlorate taped to it, the gasoline will automatically ignite; otherwise you’ll have to actually light that incriminating evidence.
  •  A mail drop can be a home, a hollowed out tree trunk, a hole in the ground, an open fence pole, anything. Just be sure it’s discreetly out of sight of surveillance. If God’s really blessing you, one of your groups will be a SMART SURVIVALIST.
  • This will be an exceedingly rare breed, because although most in this group were smart enough to prepare for the collapse to begin with, they WEREN’T smart enough to avoid detection of their awareness and distrust of government.
  • They signed form 4477 registration forms for their firearms, used credit cards and checks for their weapon and ammunition purchases, registered for weapons permits, or registered themselves with gun clubs and shooting organizations.
  • These people more than likely got swept up in pre-dawn raids or got blasted resisting.
  • The SMART SURVIVALIST prepared-and kept his mouth shut about those preparations.
  • He or she never signed federal permit forms for purchases or carry license. He or she presented an “average American” profile or totally disappeared.
  • Get or find one in your group and you’ll have a literal treasury of knowhow and resources to survive, maybe even start taking back a little?

Rule #7: AVOID GOVERNMENT MONITORING AND CONTROL!

  • Know where the cameras are and how to avoid them. Know who patrols where, and what routine they follow so as to avoid contact. Know your snitches and always feed them B.S. if you can’t avoid them.
  • Find ways around checkpoints. Side streets, forest paths, neighbor’s yard, railroad tracks, tunnels; whatever go around necessary to getting from point a to point b without a pack of government troops searching you, checking your ID. I can’t and won’t go into detail, how you find your way will be up to you.

Rule #8: AVOID A GOVERNMENT ROUNDUP.

  • It could be from a disaster, an attack, or even because they’ve decided to end the pretense and show you what they really think of you and your “rights”. You’ll just wind up in a detention camp where your freedom of movement and resources will be strictly controlled. That means having a place to go away from your area, a means to get there, and supplies. Very difficult to do in a martial law situation, with shortages and rationing at gunpoint.
  • Remember the victims of Hurricane Katrina?
  • Remember how they were set up to be stranded in New Orleans by the government?
  • How they were constantly baited with false hope of rescue for a week after the catastrophe?
  • How they eventually were herded by FEMA into concentration camps?
  • You disregard Rule #1, you’ll find out.
  • Get a safe house of your own, an abandoned home, an empty storefront or even a patch of woods. When the troops start going street-to-street, house-to-house have escape routes by lesser-used streets, trails, whatever.
  • You may have to go on foot, so have a light backpack with a few days worth of nonperishable food, portable water purifier, a first aid kit, a light sleeping bag-and your weapon.
  • A mountain bike may be a more optimal and versatile escape mode than your road-dependent car. Better to be on the run, desperate-and have your freedom-than be imprisoned in a FEMA slave camp.

Living without power, cars, electronics or running water may seem like a nightmare scenario but to pioneers it was just the way life was. Having the skills to survive without modern conveniences is not only smart in case SHTF, it’s also great for the environment. Keep in mind that the key to a successful homestead does not only lie on being able to grow your own food but on other skills as well. Learning these skills will take time, patience and perseverance, and not all of these skills are applicable to certain situations. Hopefully, though, you managed to pick up some great ideas that will inspire you and get you started! Just like our forefathers used to do,  The Lost Ways Book teaches you how you can survive in the worst-case scenario with the minimum resources available. It comes as a step-by-step guide accompanied by pictures and teaches you how to use basic ingredients to make super-food for your loved ones.

Rule #9: FIND A WAY TO SUCCESSFULLY RESIST

  • Probably not with guns or bombs, but there’s plenty of ways you can monkey wrench the basic functioning of the state during MARTIAL LAW. If you work for the state you have plenty of opportunities to mess things up, but the government subcontracts even private firms. You know who’s just earning a paycheck, who’s backing this war against the people, and who’s getting off on “just following orders”.
  • If you can take action, great, concentrate most of your planning on getting away with the job. Otherwise, get contacts with Patriots and be the most reliable source of intelligence you can be. Every bit of drag on the government beast helps, perhaps in botching that paperwork, breaking that surveillance camera in disguise, or misdirecting that bureaucrat or soldier cop.
  • That act might be the beginning of a butterfly effect of bringing down the state of MARTIAL LAWand restoring Freedom to our nation. Always keep that in mind. You must find your own way, but find it you must, if you want what was stolen from you back!

As far as a detailed list, here’s what I have:

  1. A sturdy army surplus backpack.
  2. A first aid kit, including bandages, iodine, alcohol, gauze and painkillers.
  3. Close range “melee” type weapons. I have a hand made bearded axe that will go through solid walls, a welder’s chipping hammer (nasty looking thing), bowie knife, and assorted pocketknives. 4. Long range weapons. You will need a rifle, not a sniper’s rifle. Choose something that uses common ammunition, something you will not have a problem finding in looted sporting good stores, dead bodies and trashed houses. Choose something lite that you can strap to your back and above all MAKE SURE YOU KNOW HOW TO USE IT.
  4. Clothing. At least one set each of hot weather and cold weather clothing; you can always ditch what you don’t need.
  5. Boots. Sturdy new pair of military combat boots preferably steel toes. Trust me on the steel toes, when you’re stuck with no weapons you’ll be glad you have them. Make sure they are comfortable and broken in. Waterproof boots are good for woodland areas, for areas like bayous and such make sure you have Vietnam era jungle boots.
  6. Manuals. When you’re on the run, starving, and out of water you won’t be thinking clearly, manuals are a good way to ensure you will not forget important information. I currently have my improvised munitions handbook, an army wilderness survival handbook and a wilderness observation and tracking book.
  7. Water. Make sure you have a canteen and get purification tablets to refill. I can’t stress water enough.
  8. Rain gear. This one is obvious.
  9. A fire kit. When you’re freezing in the woods you will not be able to rub two sticks together. Make sure all your matches and lighters are sealed in plastic. Bring kindling if you can. I have also included lighter fluid.
  10. Light. Bring an army style red lensed flashlight. The red light will not ruin your night vision (your natural night vision) so you will not be left in the dark when you have to turn it off.
  11. Medicine. Any important medication you may be on i.e. insulin, asthma medications.
  12. Radios. If there are others in your group you will want to be able to communicate with them if you get lost.
  13. Hand signals. If you have others in your group you will need to be able to communicate with them silently, make sure everyone in the group understands the hand signals.
  14. Navigational equipment. Bring a compass and maps of the surrounding area. Good maps include road maps, hiking maps, and topographical maps. MAKE SURE you know how to use a compass and read a map.
  15. Shelter. A tent if you can carry it, something that will keep you out of the wind and rain. If it’s too big to carry in your bag and run at the same time leave it behind. You will then have to improvise.
  16. A hand crank radio. You will want to keep updated on new reports and such.
  17. Batteries. Lots of batteries
  18. A watch
  19. Cooking equipment. This includes a pot of some sort, eating utensils, and something to cut wood with. I’d suggest a “Commando Saw” which is like barbed piano wire and will fit in your pocket.
  20. Fishing equipment. Maybe not a rod, but bring hooks, lots of line, and lures. LEARN TO FISH
  21. Knowledge. This is your absolute best weapon. Once you have chosen the place or area you will run to make sure you know it like the back of your hand. No doubt others have thought of the same location, it will be your knowledge of the area that makes your better. If there is a stream, know where it starts and where it goes. Know the hills, the mountains, the trails, the flora, fauna and climactic conditions year around.

SECTION 2: HOW DO YOU TAKE A NATION BACK THAT’S UNDER MARTIAL LAW?

To be honest it’s probably the most difficult challenge anyone can face. Because you’re starting a conflict from scratch inside the belly of the beast, you can’t fight for territory when you’ve only got a few guns against divisions of enemy troops equipped with automatic weapons, armor, air support, the pitiful acquiescence of a “people” who long ago gave up Liberty for the trap of existence in a childlike, cushy debt slavery. So the smart coup leaders that prosecute a martial law takeover will do it against a population that’s already been pacified in one way or another. Now with the gilding stripped off their chains they’re as frightened hostages willing to go along with ANYTHING the state orders, so long as they have some semblance of their former “lives”. Aside from some disgruntled vets, the American People, untrained in the military arts or even basic survival, have been pacified, or the coup would never have taken place.

It is simply fear of loss after being so coddled, so divorced as a culture from personal responsibility which can lead to anger, and then revenge. So the better way to pacify is to bring it on in an overwhelming torrent onto a population unprepared for it, unprepared for hardships. Take away their culture, their moral cores, and their connections to God. Ply them with diversions and trinkets. Condition them to find solace in material things, in distractions like spectator sports, movies and television. Keep them hypnotized by a junk culture while their means of sustenance, their jobs, are shipped overseas piecemeal, so they don’t wake up. Keep them hypnotized while their rights are legislated into impotence and irrelevance by the state’s enforcers. Keep them hypnotized by a junk culture, as even the know how of being able to survive outside the system, basics like growing food, repairing cars and equipment, marksmanship and so-on, is all but gone. And all the time tell them they’re free and prosperous. Eventually you’ll have a people much like modern America’s dumbed down materialistic debt slave. Such a people as ours, constantly fed lies about this corrupt system in the media, are ready for a fall now as I write this. All that’s needed is a plausible pretext, a cover story for them to accept.

People can be stubbornly stupid when it comes to misdirected hope. Many of these slaves will actually defend the system that has enslaved them. Such is the enemy’s genius at their social engineering. All those slavishly obeying the state in a martial law environment, for some forlorn hope that their lives will somehow go back to the false paradise of the late 20th century, will in effect be the enemy themselves. But you won’t be alone. The enemy’s genius is formidable, but not perfect. Quite frankly they’re overconfident, and even if they weren’t, they’re not God. They can’t see all, and they will make fatal mistakes. God will put stumbling blocks in their path to protect you. The question will be, are you wise enough to exploit those mistakes to help bring their downfall? With whole regions of the country infiltrated and secured, secret industry can develop. Light weapons can be constructed at first, but eventually heavy weapons could be designed and made, and distributed. Ammunition, food, fuel, medicine, all these can be manufactured on or made with basic machine tools and chemistry. The time will come, if the enemy still clings to their foolish hope of defeating the American People with the brainless thugs and sheeple that lick their boots, that entire territories can be openly liberated.

BUT LET’S NOT LET THIS SCENARIO PLAY OUT! Because a MARTIAL LAW will lead to CIVIL WAR, and national destruction, what I suggest is that it’s much better to organize right now! We still have a political process we can use if we learn how to use it effectively. We can together find small towns and take them over, like the Libertarian’s Free State Projects, only focused onto individual towns. Take them over, and spread out from there. We as Americans need a standing example of what a Free State is. Even some in the traitorous elite don’t want to see MARTIAL LAW because they recognize the exquisite control and enslavement the current American political system has over Americans, and want to keep their power. They can be used, and then abused.

Individually, if you have guns, bury spares of your fighting arms, or sell them privately to new Patriot recruits. This will get easier as deteriorating conditions bring the reality of our situation home, and the government’s conduct in New Orleans make personal preparation a priority. Buy lots of ammo, food, medicine, and reloading supplies. Get these at gun shows for CASH ONLY. Go to gun shows while they’re still legal! Find books on basic manufacturing processes. That is vital!

If you have EVER joined a gun group, bought guns and ammo with credit cards, checks, and/or signed registration forms and permits HIDE AND/OR SELL YOUR EXCESS GUNS TO MOTIVATED PATRIOTS! Start driving around: look for abandoned homes, businesses, and roads or trails that’ll get you to them. Caves, forest haunts, old barns, the nastiest trailer in that tired old trailer park. When you recruit, don’t let them put their names on any forms that could implicate them in the eyes of the government. Keep your profile low. Patriots will need infiltrators, safe houses, and spies. You can’t do that if you’re still running around openly displaying an “I’m the NRA” sticker or a Gadsden Flag. Sorry. Take your Recruits and:

*Toughen yourselves and them up. Strengthening exercises, Camping, survival courses, hand-to-hand combat courses. Even getting them to let their TV gather dust to do anything that will be of benefit. Demonstrations, projects, meetings, find places to hide out.

*Shooting, and lots of it! Practice paintball to teach tactics. Find a range of some sort for battle rifle practice. Air guns and required turning in of targets for their own practice-the airsoft guns are coming along as viable training tools and as soon as they perfect a paintball that’ll cycle through them you should splurge a couple hundred bucks and get some guns and paintballs. Group buy ammo, parts, food, knowledge, a legal fiction to acquire property not under your own name, nor any connection to you. Have your stashes in several small units throughout the area you figure you’re going to operate. The more the better, and, no one person should have knowledge of where all the caches are. A cache should have ammo for the standard weapon/caliber your group should standardize on. I recommend a military pattern rifle in 7.62NATO, along with spare parts because they’ll break down with all the shooting and abuse you’re going to heap on them. Have enough ammo to refill all your carry magazines for a mission. Also, stockpile nonperishable food. You should have lots of calories, carbs, protein, and medical supplies.

You won’t get a lot of recruits. The enemy’s cultural weapons are pretty damn powerful, and their mind control of Americans is exquisite, but not foolproof! On occasion an event will occur that will defy their spin control and B.S., like the live coverage of Hurricane Katrina and their criminal abandonment of a city so people would be screaming for FEMA/Big Brother to save them. All so gangsters wanting a “Las Vegas on the Gulf” can buy property cheaply. Point out the criminal abandonment of the government to their People. Katrina opened a lot of eyes, and not all of them are going to be shut again by the system’s lies. Take your opportunities as they come. I have a plan of peaceful political action that can be used, so here’s a excerpt of my essay, “Message to Mr. and Mrs. America” at my blog freedomguide.blogspot.com: Taking back the government-peacefully!

This is the preferable manner of reclaiming our Freedom. To be effective, one must have an understanding of America’s political system as it relates to our cause. We have a president, a vice-president and their agents, a congress, a federal judicial system, and the duplication of this political layout among the states. Beyond that you have the many thousands of county and local governments. So what will work? Take over the presidency? It’s long been proven that unless you have the blessings of the two official parties of this nation, you cannot seriously run for president. Even the president can only do so much because America’s system of government is extremely compartmentalized, so that unless you have a common ideology and party mechanism guiding and controlling the various components, it’s impossible for one man to dictate policy. All a president could do is use the office as a bully pulpit and wake people up. But he would absolutely have to watch his back. Remember JFK?

Congress is made up of 540 members, 100 senators and the rest in the House of Representatives. All are elected in staggered election cycles so it would take approximately a decade of successful nationwide campaigning to create a majority party. Yes, congress writes the laws and taking it back is essential in our struggle, but even factoring out the two official parties and their political machines the structure of this body demands a massive political machine of our own. Massive organizations that have a hierarchical structure have been penetrated, subverted and corrupted by our enemies since the beginning of time. It’s a process that to them is a natural as breathing. Then there’s all the fundraising that would be needed, and we’re not rich. The only ones with money in America are the same pack of vampires who’ve been sucking us dry. So a singular, national organization will not be successful. Independent and rogue candidates however do have some success. Tom Tancredo of Colorado and Ron Paul of Texas are some of the successes. Most candidates are attorneys who’ve long ago prostituted themselves. They whore themselves to the political machine that will take them where they want to go. All they want is power, and in exchange they have legislated the monstrosity American government has become. The democrats and republicans, their bosses for all practical purposes appoint these elitists their congressional seats, and they’re prepared to spend whatever cash it takes to retain that seat. Vote fraud of course is part of their arsenal.

It’s likely there are no rich left in these times who would willingly sacrifice their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor. They’re either sold out or scared. So any candidates for congress will have to be raised and funded by us. That means we have to do it in a grass roots manner. We have to build not one political machine, but an army of political machines that are independent of one another, yet cooperative. This form of political resistance lends itself naturally to our groups. It will go like this: The group helps other groups form. They in turn during the next local election cycle turn out and get the candidates they choose elected in town and county governments. Much of the oppressive laws plaguing us are drafted and enforced locally. Taking over local governments will not only give the freedom groups relief from local law enforcement harassment, it will give us the tools to revoke and repeal such things as:

*Property taxes that allow the government to seize that home you’re working a lifetime to pay for if you miss one “rent” installment. Those in power whine that property taxes are for the schools and the children, isn’t that what their gambling rackets known as the lotto are for? And they’re willing to make you and yours homeless for the children. All those damned zoning restrictions, regulations, speed trap traffic laws designed to churn up “tax” revenue, laws criminalizing all sorts of things and actions that bother nobody. Think of any local ordinance that seems to have been drafted by a neurotic control freak, the list would be endless! Un-Constitutional, pro criminal gun control legislation would just be the beginning.  A big part of their program’s disarming us so that we’re helpless and have to rely on them exclusively for protection, establishing dependence. Not that the cops are legally obligated to your personal protection of course.

*Anything that pledges cooperation with state and federal authorities, at least until we take our nation back! When we take back a local government and bring that jurisdiction back into line with the classic tenants of American government, it will be a beacon of light, an example of successful peaceful resistance. It will immediately inspire and launch similar efforts in neighboring communities. Each composed of small, decentralized groups working together on the big problem, so that one day they can afford to bicker on the small stuff-that the Libertarians, Constitutionalists, Christian Patriots and Conservatives currently do. So together, with control of enough cities and townships, the combined efforts of those groups can take over counties. With control of enough counties, an entire state can be taken over by our groups. Why take that next step? The list of things we can do when we take back our local governments is vast, but then there would be the call to centralize governmental control with state and federal authorities. So when this begins we must be as aggressive as possible-being examples to others, advising, and most importantly WE MUST NOT FIGHT AMONGST OURSELVES OVER THINGS WE CAN DEBATE AFTER WE RETAKE OUR LAND! Our enemies will exploit backbiting; it will be our biggest downfall.

And if we can take the nation back, there are many things we must do immediately, as soon as we can take back control of America’s destiny. (1) Secure our borders from any further infiltration. Whatever that takes, whatever manpower is available, we must find a way to seal up thousands of miles of hinterland border, and many thousands of miles more of coastline. This will take bringing our troops and ships home, and in effect end America’s era of being used as a tool of global elitists. At the same time, a heightened state of alert must be maintained if another power were to take advantage of our transitional phase and attempt some economic or military adventure against our interests. America will be painfully contracting from it’s global economic empire as we attempt to revive a self-sufficient free republic and the last thing we’ll need is for Muslims seeking revenge against America, or China rolling the dice on a military adventure against us.

(2) Impose a flexible series of tariffs so that no matter where on Earth a imported good is made, it’s cost after going through customs is just a few percent more than one made in America, with all the taxes still imposed. Law must implement this for I’d calculate twenty years; because this is the minimum time required to rebuild America’s manufacturing economy. The rest of the world’s just going to have to learn to live economically without the American consumer, and the American consumer is going to have to learn basic economics. It will be a horrifically shocking adjustment, and lead to an economic collapse-of the megacorporations. It’s the bitterest medicine, but America and Americans have become almost terminally sick with the current system imposed upon us and those that don’t immediately take steps to save themselves will need some hard lessons quick to bring them back to reality.

AND WHAT’S THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU CAN DO? The Most important thing you can do is Pray. Don’t do it in some new-world-order mega-church and tithe to some blow-dried huckster. Do it like Jesus taught. Find a quiet place, quiet your mind, and open your heart. God WILL talk to you, and convey some insight. If you can’t listen, it’s because you’re out of practice listening, so practice. Eventually God will talk to you, and it’s in your best interest to listen! God wants to help you! He isn’t looking to burn you for eternity for your petty imperfections. He’s looking to liberate His People, all of us. He won’t liberate a people if they’re dead from living the way the world has brainwashed them to live. God doesn’t want his people to sit around like couch potatoes, waiting to be saved from the Last Days scenario that is happening all around us. He wants you to put what gifts he has given you to good use, and then He will protect you from whatever is beyond your control.

37 Foods to Store: Essential Foods For Any Disaster

Topics tagged under 7 on Established in 2006 as a Community of Reality 143
Everyday food storage is an important topic! The more people who prep, the safer we all are, which is why we’re giving away information for free.
Looking for a magic list of grocery store survival food? Wondering what are the best canned foods for prepping? Take stock of the 37 most important shelf-stable goods to buy from the grocery store while they are still available.  Here’s the emergency preparedness information you need — a free guide:
Prepper’s list of 37 Foods To Hoard Before Crisis
This is the best of prepper food lists (survival stockpiling of shelf-stable foods):
#1: Distilled water and seltzer water.
Water isn’t a food to hoard, but you certainly can’t live without it, which is why water is #1 on the list. Distilled water is the most pure form of water. Get water now and make plans to get more water. Consider adding canned seltzer water to your pantry as well. Canned seltzer water lasts indefinitely, adds a fizzy pep to your water supply and even helps relieve constipation! Avoid seltzer if you have acid reflex.

  • Want to know the #1 food to hoard? Skip to #6.

#2: Canned liquids.
It’s important to stock up on canned foods with high liquid content. Two excellent (and often overlooked) examples are canned pineapple juice and vegetable juice available on the bottom shelves of your grocery store. These foods will provide nutrition and hydration simultaneously. Look also for evaporated milk, condensed milk, and canned coconut milk. Coconut milk will help you cook rice faster! Stewed tomatoes, and vegetable, beef or chicken stock can also help you cook rice without depleting your drinking water. It’s also a great excuse to stock up on canned beer, which you can use to cook!
#3: Dehydrated (powdered) milk.
Milk does a body good (or so say the commercials). Indeed milk is a versatile food well worth stockpiling if you don’t have a cow or a goat. Bob’s Red Mill dehydrated milk lasts, pictured right, up to two years, and is an excellent natural creamer for coffee. Skip the non-dairy creamers made of hydrogenated oils and use powdered milk instead.
#4: Hard cheeses encased in wax.
Waxed hard cheeses are not so easy to find, but they are available. Parmesan, swiss, sharp cheddar or Gouda encased in wax is a very “Gouda” thing to find! Wax prevents cheese from growing mold and bacteria, and it also keeps moisture in your cheese, so it can store for a very long time without refrigeration. Parmesan is a hard cheese, and in the powder form has a four month expiration date, but encased in wax it can last up to 25 years! Consider buying cheese wax and even a basic hard cheese kit to make your own delicious cheeses. Wax will keep hard cheeses moist during the aging process, and also prevent unwanted mold growth on your aging cheeses.
#5: Protein bars and protein drinks (Whey Powder or protein concentrate).
You know that Little Miss Muffet ate her curds and whey, and so should you. In cheese making, curds are the thick part of the milk that’s separated from the liquid when the milk turns sour. Whey is the watery part that’s cloudy and yellowish. Whey is highly nutritious! Bob’s Red Mill offers an all natural whey protein concentrate. Whey contains a high quality complete protein containing all of the essential amino acids required by the body for strength and muscle development. It is a great way of increasing protein intake without adding excessive carbohydrates and fat. It dissolves instantly so it ‘s great for making high protein shakes and smoothies. In survival times, mix it with dehydrated milk for an extra frothy and satisfying nutrient! So while this isn’t the first thing that will fly off the shelves in the event of a crisis, it’s one Happy Preppers
should have on their list.

#6: Canned & dehydrated meats.
What’s the #1 food to hoard? Well, the best prepper protein source is meat. Go for the jerky! If you had to stockpile just one kind of food you’d want to stockpile meat in cans. Go ahead and Tune-in to the tuna. Stack up on the Dak! Why? Because meats provide humans with around 90% of sustenance needed to survive; and 90% of plants are deadly to humans. Man must eat meat! When possible, look for grass-fed meats, like Yoder’s brand. Canned salmon, canned sardines, canned mackerel and canned tuna are rich in necessary Omega 3 oils. Stock your refrigerator with meats too. Smoked salmon, sausages and hot dogs can last a long time in your refrigerator. Store organic hot dogs and sausages, such as Applegate Farms Uncured Beef Hot Dogs, which are made from organic, grass-fed beef. Consume them first in a power failure.
#7: Coffee, tea, Ovaltine, Tang and bouillon.
Coffee for survival purposes provides the primary benefit of increased mental alertness, but as a morale boost it’s good too. Tea for survival is important too, and has been around for 5,000+ years for a reason! Water quality of our ancestors wasn’t very good, so tea helped it taste better and boiling water killed bacteria. In an emergency situation, tea can help you hydrate quickly when you can’t wait for the boiled water to cool. Caffeinated teas provide a burst of additional energy; while other teas can provide a calming and soothing effect, which you may need. Additionally, many kinds of tea have anti-cancer properties (polyphenols), and reduce the risk of blood clotting and even lowers cholesterol levels. Consider adding echinacea, peppermint and chamomile teas to help combat the common cold, naturally, too!  Tang is a prepper classic to enhance the water supply. Bouillon cubes are compressed stock. This salty essential will help you flavor soups, rices, ramen style noodles and  gravies. Even if you don’t use coffee, tea or bouillon in your regular diet, consider securing them for your Prepper’s pantry for bartering!
#8: Oils.
You can’t cook much without oil! Buy oil small containers and look for the word “virgin” which means that they are the first press and have the most nutritive value.  Olive oil is an ideal oil, but can quickly go rancid, thought it may have a shelf life up to two years. Shortening usually has trans fats, so consider coconut oil as cooking lard to  replace Crisco or other vegetable shortening, which is made of dangerous trans fats. Coconut oil is very heat stable, and because it’s low to oxidize, it means that it won’t go rancid as quickly as other oils. It can last up to two years, and it provides fast energy.
Ghee, here’s something to consider:

  • Ghee. Ghee is butter that’s been melted and simmered down until all the water has evaporated and the milk solids have settled at the bottom. It has a long shelf life.

  • Butter. Pure Creamery Butter, pictured right, comes in a can and lasts three years.

  • Organic shortening is a good alternative to hydrogenated Crisco. It lasts indefinitely.

  • Lard. Surprisingly, new studies show lard is a healthful cooking fat! It’s versatile too.

  • Other oils. If possible, look for a NON-GMO corn oil, as 86% of corn has been genetically modified. Whatever oil you buy, be sure to buy them in small containers as the minute you open, they oxidate and begin deteriorating quickly. Avoid anything made with Soybean oil as 90% of soybean products are genetically modified or cross-contaminated. Here’s how to make your own oils.

# 9: Whole wheat flour.
Wheat is a basic food product that’s chock full of fiber, protein, vitamins and even minerals, like selenium.  If you stock white flour in your daily pantry, be sure to stock wheat flour in your Prepper’s pantry because it has more nutritive value when it has the whole grain (bran, germ and endosperm). White flour has only the endosperm.
Thankfully, “There is not currently, nor has there ever been, any genetically engineered wheat on the market,” according to the
Non-GMO project, so stock up!
You may also need flour for thickening gravies, or coat and fry, such things as freshly caught fish. If you have whole wheat flour, you won’t have to stock genetically modified corn starch, which is also used for thickening.
Wheat flour because it comes wrapped in plastic, rather than a paper bag which is more susceptible to pest invasions. Ultimately, you should store whole wheat flour in your every day pantry. Your long term pantry should include whole grain wheat and you should have a grain mill.
#10: Cereals  Shredded Wheat, corn or rice.
Stockpile whatever cereals your family eats oat, corn, rice, or wheat-based. We recommend Shredded wheat! The first edition of the Boy Scout Manual in 1911 highlights the best food for Boy Scouts is Shredded Wheat, “because it has all the muscle-building material in the whole wheat grain prepared in a digestible form, supplying all the strength needed for work or play.” If refrigeration isn’t an issue, pack wheat germ, which has high levels of fiber and vitamin E to boost your immune systems. Wheat germ is the center of the seed. Packed with protein and fiber, wheat
germ also has folate, magnesium, zinc, manganese, selenium and vitamin E. It’s considered “nutrition in a crunch.” It’s not really a meal, but one you can add to your hot cereal.

#11: Potato flour.
Consider adding potato flour to your Prepper’s Pantry. Potato flour is wonderful, gluten-free addition to your Prepper’s Pantry to make breads, pancakes and waffles, and potato soups. It’s also wonderful as a thickening agent, so you can avoid GMO cornstarch. Don’t confuse it with potato starch, because potato flour is the entire potato (skin and all) dehydrated.
#12: Corn as a grain (dried).
Corn as a grain is an essential prepper food and there are many kinds of dried corn.
Popcorn is a grain that can be ground into flour! Spanish for “dough,” masa is the flour of finely ground maize, hominy or corn. It’s basically been dried, cooked, ground, soaked in lime and then dried again. It reconstitutes easily with warm water and salt to make corn tortillas. You can also use Masa harina to make the dough for empanadas, papusas and tamales. Look for organic brands, which will ensure you’re not getting a dangerous genetically modified food products. While Masa Harina is a finely ground meal, corn grits is more versatile, hearty and nutritious basic food.
Nothing satisfies like the savory experience of Bob’s Red Mill gluten-free corn grits (also called polenta). For breakfast, you will love it with milk and honey. Grits left in a pot to cool become polenta. In this way, you can serve it for dinner with butter, cheese, marinara or gravy.  You can also purchase alkali-treated corn (actually dried maize kernels) known as hominy, which is largely popular in Southern and Mexican cuisine. Popular in the South, you can also find this product out West if you look for it in cans in the Mexican food isles. Hominy is high in calcium content.

#13: Corn as a vegetable.
Corn as a vegetable is also an important pantry essential. (Corn is both a grain and a vegetable: the only difference is that as a grain it’s dried before harvesting.) Buy organic corn in cans to help ensure it’s not genetically modified as most corn is GMO. In stores, look for the “Non-GMO project verified” label to avoid buying genetically modified corn. Steer clear of GMO corn products by purchasing organic (shockingly, 86% of the world’s corn is GMO).
#14: Oats and Oatmeal.
A favorite of American pioneers, oatmeal is a food low in saturated fat, and it’s also a good source of fiber, which is especially important during survival times. You’ll need to store adequate water as making the porridge requires 4 cups of water for every one cup of oatmeal. A tip for preparing is to soak the oatmeal over night, so that it takes just 9-12 minutes to boil (instead of a half an hour). Look for John McCann’s steel cut oatmeal in a can, which are 100% whole grain and natural Irish oats. Stock up on emergency buckets of rolled oats and quick oats today, and learn more about why oats are an important part of your food storage.

#15:  Bread crumbs and stuffings.
Bread crumbs are a satisfying addition to casseroles, and can also help you make salmon and crab cakes with the cans in your Prepper’s food storage. Unfortunately, it’s difficult to find Bread crumbs sealed in plastic for freshness. Usually, they are boxed in waxed paper. Stuffing is a natural accompaniment to your mashed potatoes and will mix nicely with spices and dehydrated onions. Try also, bread in a can, and pumpernickel. Learn to like Pumpernickel and make it part of your everyday diet! This amazing whole grain rye bread (enjoyed by Germans and Scandinavians with cheeses, pates and meats), packs a mighty punch of fiber and has a three or four month shelf life! You can make a satisfying meal with even one slice of bread. In the beginning of a food crises situation, you will find yourself feeling full from this nutritious bread. So pack some pate and store Pumpernickel regularly. (You’ll feel regular too.)
#16: Shelf stable, ready to eat meals.
There are two kinds of shelf-stable, ready to eat meals to include: the kind you eat, and the kind you don’t. Soup is good food and can provide a hearty meal with crackers. In uncertain times, you can take comfort in having several shelf-stable, ready to eat meals on hand, which require no cooking. Go Picnic is one of them.
#17: Crackers.
While crackers have little nutritive value, they do provide a sense of normalcy to a survival situation and will be a worthy an satisfying accompaniment to soups and tuna salad, and peanut butter stashes in the Prepper’s Pantry. You may find some surprising nutritive benefits such as niacin and iron in flaky flavorful crackers. In your long term food storage you’ll need to buy some pilot crackers in a #10 can.
#18: Potato Flakes and au gratin potatoes.
If you can find a shelf-stable variety of au gratin or scalloped potatoes that don’t have hydrogenated oils, then go for it.  Left is Edward and Sons. Unfortunately, most au gratin potatoes have them (so skip Wegmann’s, Betty Crocker and Idahoan until they stop including hydrogenated oils in their manufacture). Look for au gratin potatoes at organic based food market, like Whole Foods. There are plenty of more reasons why you should make potatoes part of your long-term food storage plan.
#19: Rice.
Sure, jasmine rice is cheap food, and worth storing but you can also store a variety of rice to keep your family interested. Try basmati rice, Italian arborio rice, short grain Asian rice, wild rice, and brown rice too! Brown rice is a healthy option, but requires more cooking time, which could deplete your cooking resources. Consider instant rice for this reason alone, though it’s not as healthy as other rice options.
#20 Pastas.
Dried pasta has little to no fat or moisture content, so it resists spoilage. Among the most filling and inexpensive foods, store a variety of pastas in addition to your spaghetti and macaroni noodles including: egg noodles, gnocchi (made with potatoes), dried tortellini (filled with hard cheese), orzo (rice shaped pasta), couscous (wheat-based pasta) and the other variety of shaped Italian pasta such as lasagna, linguine, rotelle, rotini, rigatoni, orecchiette, penne, mastoccilli etc. Remember Asian pastas too! There are healthier options to the inexpensive ramen style noodles. Try soba (made from buckwheat), rice noodles, udon (wheat flour), bean curd noodles, and chow main noodles (fried noodles made of egg and wheat). Right, you can make a meal of Annie’s cheeseburger macaroni meal starter and Keystone Ground beef.
#21 Raisins, dried fruits and fruit strips.
Just a handful of raisins will provide a full serving of fruit. Raisins have protein, fiber, iron, and Vitamin C. Raisins are loaded with antioxidants and potassium, too. Use them in your Prepper’s pantry to enhance the flavor of rice for dinner and cereals for breakfasts. Remember, raisins are a dried fruit and not a dehydrated food. There is a difference in how you store each.  Organic raisins are the best choice so you can avoid toxic  pesticides of commercial farming. Newmans Own is an excellent choice. These raisins are packed with juicy flavor and a pleasing texture, and are available by the six pack in 15-oz cans for your prepper’s pantry and delivered to your door. Enhance your supply with dried apricots, dates, cranberries, mangos and whatever your family enjoys. Skip the fruit rollups, which are ladened with unwanted high-fructose corn syrups. Instead, look for Simply Fruit twists and high fiber dried fruit strips available in a variety of flavors, such as cherry, grape, and apricot. The more variety, the better for your family to fight boredom in diet and to get the essential nutrients they each provide
#22. Jams and jellies.
Jams and jellies are a canning favorite from blackberry jams, strawberry jams, raspberry jams, grape jellies and also apple butters, your pantry can easily have a variety of fruit spreads to sweeten life.
#23. Canned fruits.
Most people stock up on canned veggies, but really it’s the fruit they should concentrate on because fruits contain twice as much calories per pound as veggies. A fruit cocktail will give you about 300-400 calories per pound. Peaches, packed in light syrup offer a tremendous calorie boost to the survival diet. The liquids also provide a valuable source of hydration, so don’t can the juice in the cans! Look for citrus varieties, such as pineapple and mandarin oranges, to give the essential vitamin C.
Applesauce too can be a wonderful accompaniment to cereals, and can also serve as a dessert. Canned pumpkin puree will also provide a heavy dose of Vitamin A and you can make a simple soup by adding bouillon and spices, such as garlic.

#24 Canned veggies.
When it comes to veggies, preppers need to think beyond green beans! Unfortunately, green beans do not pack many calories. If you’re looking for the ideal veggies to stash, then think about canned root vegetables, like sweet potatoes and yams. Sweet potatoes are high in Vitamin A, plus they’re filling. Add a variety with canned sauerkraut, cabbage and beets, too. If you eat them, carrots, peas and potatoes provide the fixing for a nice stew. Canned olives, asparagus and artichoke hearts will help you make easy pasta dishes. Dried veggies, right are available online.
Skip the canned corn (it’s likely GMO).

#25: Beans and legumes.
Stock up on beans — all kinds of dried beans and canned beans, (including refried beans). The more variety of beans you store, the better as it provides energy and fiber. Beans pack around 1250 calories per pound. Best of all, you can sprout beans — it as little as five days you can sprout crunchy, fresh phytonutrients for your family from dried beans, peas, and lentils. (See the sprouter, immediate right.) Peanuts aren’t really nuts (they’re beans, but stock up on those too because they add protein).
#26: Nuts, seeds and nut-butters.
While it’s true that nuts can go rancid quickly, nuts are an excellent source of energy, so stock up on them in your Prepper’s pantry (provided there are no allergies in your family)! Raw almonds, walnuts and cashews are excellent choices, pistachio’s too. Mixed roasted nuts will also provide varieties, such as hazelnuts, pecans and Brazil nuts. Nuts are obviously allergens, so avoid giving them to children under 5. Think also canned chestnuts, which are a great source of fiber and found in the Asian section of your supermarket. (They’re also an excellent source of potassium, magnesium, iron and vitamin C.) The healthiest nuts and seeds are in bags, rather than oil filled cans and jars. Think sunflower seeds and alfalfa seeds too! Yes, you already knew to stock peanut butter, but did you know that peanut butter is really a bean butter? Look for peanut butters that are simply peanuts, oil and salt (yes, the kind with oils at the top, which are the natural peanut butters). Skip the peanut butters that have sugars in them or worse yet, those with hydrogenated oils in them. Know that “trans fat free” doesn’t mean that they are free from trans fats, it could mean that there is less than. 05 grams of trans fat per serving.
#27 Honey.
Even if you don’t use honey, buy some honey, honey! Not only will honey last forever, but you’ll use honey in survival times to flavor boring oatmeals and other breakfast grains, as well as teas. Honey eases sore throats, and more importantly, if you don’t have any topical antibiotics, you can use honey as a paste to put on wounds. There are medicinal and other reasons to stock honey in your preps: here are nine reasons to stock honey, honey! When you learn how to bake breads, you’ll realize that many 329 recipes call for honey. So, honey, what are you waiting for?
#28 Iodized salt.
Look to history and you’ll find salt was an important commodity. Salt can kill bacteria! Salt contains chloride and sodium ions, and all living things need these components in small quantities. Not all salt is the same! Humans need iodized salt to avoid thyroid gland problems and goiter and to help regulate fluid balance in the body, but more importantly we need salt to preserve food. How does salt help preserve food? Salt inhibits growth of germs in a process of osmosis where the salt pushes water out of the microbial cells. Best of all, salt lasts for ever. You can salt everything from salad greens the way the Roman’s did to curing meats and preserving other kinds food. Indeed, salt is very useful to Preppers.
#29 Sugars and Molasses.
You’ll need granulated sugar, brown sugar and powdered sugar. We also suggest buying sugar in the raw. Skip the beet and go for the cane, baby! Skip also the sugars that you can buy in boxes and paper bags. Buy your sugars wrapped in plastic, because this helps protect  it from insects. As a second step you can buy sugars in cans or place your own sugar purchase into mylar bags and sealed food-grade plastic buckets sealed with a gamma lid. Look also for sugar in the raw packets. One final note of caution with spices: if you regularly eat curry or other spicy foods then it’s fine to include them in your Prepper’s diet; however, you may well find yourself with a “ring of fire” otherwise. We therefore suggest you cautiously pack
#30: Spices and herbs.
Survival spices to consider might include saffron will sure make that boring old rice more tasty, and chili to add flavor to all those beans you’re storing. Buy more of the spices already in your cupboard. Some good basics include dill, red pepper, cumin, rosemary, oregano, dried mustard, and ginger in addition to the saffron and chili. Skip the strong spices curry! While it tastes wonderful, they may also attract human predators. If you’re stocking beans make sure to get pinto bean seasoning, right, to enhance the flavor of your preps.
#31: Condiments.
Your favorite condiments will go a long way towards making foods taste better in uncertain times. Buy pickle relish and small cans of mayonnaise for your tuna salad on crackers (because once you open the mayo, it will quickly go bad). If possible look for a mayo that’s not made with from deadly soybeans (90% of which are GMO). A variety of mustards can also help spice up your foods. Buy ketchup without deadly high- fructose corn syrup, and keep it in a brown paper bag and store in a dark place so that it will preserve as long as possible. Tabasco sauce, too can help add flavor to otherwise bland foods. Think also of canned gravy as a condiment! Gravies will surely add some flavoring to your potatoes and stuffing. Look for NON-GMO soy sauce for all that rice. Stock vinegars (balsamic, cider and rice whine). Think also in terms of Worcestershire sauce, barbecue sauce and to enhance your stews and soups and to help you make gravies. And on the sweet side, consider stocking maple syrup, vanilla and almond extracts, plus cocoa powder and chocolate syrups.
#32: Chocolates.
Chocolate chips store relatively well. Remember also, baking chocolate! Not only does chocolate pack loads of antioxidants, but it’s a morale booster that could prove essential. What’s more the fiber will fill you up. Pack high quality dark chocolate, like Dove bars, in your Prepper’s Pantry. If you look closely at the ingredients, of other chocolates, like Hershey’s Kisses, you’ll find an unwanted ingredient: hydrogenated oils. Those do not belong in your chocolate, even during survival times! Besides, chocolate has been known to boost heart health.

  • Chocolate may help fight urinary tract infections. So be sure to keep chocolate
chips to your food storage! Add chocolate chips to pancakes, muffins, breads,
and more to delight kids and help keep the normalcy as best you can in a
disaster situation. Read about morale boosting foods.

#33: Vitamins.
Keeping at peek vitality is crucial during episodes of stress. While multi-vitamins are a great idea, be sure to pack a Calcium with Vitamin D fortified vitamin, as this combination may help your body fight infections. Also, look for magnesium; As an essential stress supplement, magnesium prevents the damage caused by excess adrenaline. Vitamins and pills do not help a prepper pull weight, but vitamins do help the body use food. Only after eating actual food can a prepper pull more weight or work harder. So in short, the answer is not pills, but good food in plenty of variety is the key! The best option is to have the vitamins in the food. For kids, stock Calcium gummy Bears, right, to help fight infections and stay healthy.
#34: Food bars.
We already mentioned protein bars, but there are other kinds of food bars, including nut bars, pictured left and pemmican bars, pictured right. Ideal for a bug out bag, food bars are compact nutrition and should be part of your everyday food storage. Sure, some food bars are a sort of cross between chocolate candy bars and vitamins, others more of a granola, but they are often high in protein. Food bars can provide a satisfaction for a morning meal or an addition to your other rations. Look for coconut bars too! Another food bar that often goes under the radar with Prepper’s (but shouldn’t) is Pemmican, pictured right, which contains complete protein and gives energy. Free of isolates, fructose, sugar and cholesterol, Pemmican is a concentrated food bar that offers quick energy.
#35: Vodka.
You can cook with vodka, drink it or barter it. What’s more, vodka has a some medicinal value. Use vodka as a mouthwash or help numb the pain of a tooth ache. Apply vodka dabs to cold sores to dry them out, as an anesthetic for blisters, or to ease poison ivy and as a skin repellent to shoo flies and mosquitoes. Have stinky feet? Wipe the smell clean with vodka. Try vodka too for cleaning the lenses of eyeglasses. Who knew vodka would be such a versatile pantry item? It’s also on the prepper list of morale boosting foods.
#36: Dry yeast.
Unfortunately, yeast has a very short shelf life, but it’s still well worth having on hand. Dry yeast is an essential leavening agent in baking bread, and has a longer shelf life than compressed yeast, but still after several months it loses potency. It’s purpose is to convert the ferment able sugars of dough into carbon dioxide and ethanol. Look for Fleishmann’s Active Dry Yeast, which is the original active dry yeast, relatively stable and valued for its consistent performance since 1945. It’s one of the most essential ingredients to use in your pantry immediately following a survival situation.
#37: Baking soda and baking powder (leavening agents).
Both baking soda and baking powder are leavening agents, which means they produce carbon dioxide to help food rise.

  • Baking soda: Pure sodium bicarbonate, when you combine baking soda with honey or an acidic ingredient like buttermilk or yogurt, you’ll get a chemical reaction of carbon dioxide bubbles. This causes baked goods to rise. Look for aluminum free baking soda (a good choice is Bob’s Red Mill, which is extracted in an all natural process without chemicals. Baking soda can last two years. Learn why you should store baking soda in your preps.

  • Baking powder: Baking powder has sodium bicarbonate as an ingredient, along with an acidifying agent (cream of tartar for example) and drying agent (such as starch). Baking powder lasts around a year and half.

Sure, we listed 37 essential food items for your
Prepper’s Pantry, but the list could easily continue on non-food related essentials. For example, extra can openers, firewood, charcoal, lighter fuel, candles, paper plates, plastic utensils and disposable cups. Finally, remember the tampons! Any real survival man will tell you that a fluffed up unused tampon is a good emergency tinder source to have around, so come on baby, light my fire!
But while we’re still on the topic of essential foods to stock, consider this: if you’re lucky enough to have a root cellar, then you can stock fresh apples, potatoes, onions and garlic to last you several months, but remember, never store them in plastic bags or in the refrigerator. They must be stored in a cool dark, and well ventilated space, and away from pests, which is not easy to do.
Finally, know that it’s okay to stock up on junk food. Did you know that Cheetos and Pringles can get a fire going? The content of much of the processed foods you buy has the perfect combination of air and fats to make fire. Who knew that your everyday food storage of junk foods would come in so handy in a disaster?
So there you have it: the 37 essential food items to stock. Now you are that much more prepared.

The “Trump Effect” – Fox News Joins Macy’s On The Losing End of Anti-Trump Efforts…

Posted on May 1, 2016 by sundance
CNN has the strongest surge in ratings in the past 14 years and now beats Fox News in the all important category of 25-54 year old viewership.  That age category drives the ad revenue determinations for the industry.
Fox News can’t say they were not warned this would be an outcome of their insufferable decision to continue promoting a media narrative in opposition to Donald Trump. The same thing happened to Macys Department Store after they dropped Trump.

(Via CNN) CNN ranked #1 in cable news in prime time in April. CNN beat Fox News for the fifth time in the last eight months in M-Su prime time (four of the past eight in M-F prime) among adults 25-54.  The last time CNN had this many prime time wins in an eight-month period versus Fox News was over 14 years ago (Nov. 2001).
CNN also handily topped MSNBC this month in all dayparts, with CNN besting MSNBC for the 22nd straight month in Total Day (among both total viewers and among adults 25-54) and in prime time (among 25-54).  In total viewers, CNN has now beaten MSNBC for the fifth straight month (or seven out of eight months) in prime time.  CNN continued to top MSNBC by wide margins during the day (9am-4pm) – posting a +36% advantage in total viewers (630k vs. MSNBC’s 464k) and +58% more among adults 25-54 (161k vs. 102k).
In April, CNN had the most growth of any television network (cable or broadcast) among both total viewers and adults 25-54, increasing triple digits in prime time.  Among ALL cable networks in April, CNN ranked #7 in total viewers in M-F prime time.  In Total Day, CNN was also up vs. last year, increasing +59% in total viewers and +48% among adults 25-54.  (read more)
(Via WJ) “Anecdotal evidence suggests a growing number of Fox viewers have been angered at the cable outlet’s perceived move to the left the last couple years, as well as its frequent criticisms of Republican presidential primary front-runner Donald Trump,” wrote Cheryl Chumley on WND. “(Megyn) Kelly, for example, came under public fire for her questioning of Trump during an August debate on Fox about his past treatment of women, and for the ensuing public spat that waged between her and the billionaire businessman for months.”
“The world of broadcast and cable television is being buffeted on all sided by competition from numerous other media sources and is hemorrhaging viewership. The odds of Fox recovering or growing their audience after the primary season is over is exceedingly slim,” wrote Steve McCann on The American Thinker. (read more)
