    Iraqi Turkmen Front confirmed that the visit of the Turkish prime minister, came in the framework of the two countries need to strengthen their relations and resolving their outstanding issues.

" 
    He called on Vice - President of the Turkmen Front, to "open a Turkish consulate in Kirkuk province , a step being considered of importance to the people of the province."
