     decisions. 
    for its part, called on the Kirkuk provincial council member from the Arabs, Hala Noureddine in an interview (range), "the Minister of Education to stop the execution of it and reconsider his decision in coordination with the province and the Council," she said , " to support Kirkuk 's Arabs representatives of the administration and the Board of Kirkuk to the positions of governor of Kirkuk , Najm al- Din Karim, the provincial council in Kirkuk, not to change positions management in the province without approvals by the local government according to the laws in force. " 
    She stressed the need to Noordin , " the Arab component in Kirkuk administrative positions maturity. "
