Member of the parliamentary economy: Activating the industrial initiative will contribute to the support and development of local industry

Baghdad (news) .. A member of the Committee on the economy and investment MP / National Alliance / Abdul Abbas Xiaa, the importance of activating the initiative along the lines of the industrial agricultural initiative by the federal government to support and develop the local industry in the country.
And said Xiaa (of the Agency news): The Iraqi border since (2003) and so far opened wide what led to the entry of goods of various kinds and qualities to the country, which impact negatively on domestic production.
He pointed out: that there is an initiative industry announced by the Iraqi government, but it is still not activated until now, they need to implement a package of economic laws important to ensure the success of the Tariff Act and the domestic product and consumer protection and the right of the competition, in addition to granting soft loans to become a tributary vital to support local industry.
He added: activation of the industrial sector and promotion will enhance the growth of economic development because, in turn, will contribute to providing jobs for the unemployed and reduce the drain of hard currency that go to foreign imports.
The Council of Ministers announced its intention to launch an initiative be more like Balzraih the industrial to the advancement of the industrial sector.
The Iraqi industrial sector suffers from a significant deterioration as a result of the exceptional circumstances that have passed on the country since the nineties of the last century to the present day. / End / 8.'s. M /
