Qatar and Oman would quit the Gulf Cooperation Council

He said a researcher and political analyst of Kuwait, Dr. Mubarak Alagafida, on Friday, that there are international reports confirm that both the Sultanate of Oman and Qatar would quit the Gulf Cooperation Council.
