"The ministry has received hundreds of requests for exemption from the condition of the average admission to the schools of excellence and the College of Baghdad, because of the inability of the ministry to absorb these numbers because of the limited capacity of the two schools, And to maintain the rigor of education in it, "he said in a statement issued by his private media office," The ministry decided to maintain the controls previously approved and the adoption of a minimum 95 for admission to these schools, and all exceptions issued in this regard are null after the issuance of this decision.
