Foreign Minister Ibrahim al - Jaafari during a telephone conversation with First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait Sabah Al - Khalid Al - Hamad Al- Sabah, the conduct of bilateral relations between the two countries.
According to a ministry statement received "morning", that " Al- Sabah presented a congratulatory Kuwait to Iraq government and people of the great victories achieved by the Sons of Iraq brave in defeating terrorist Daesh gangs from the city of Mosul."
The statement added that " the two sides discussed the progress of bilateral relations between the two countries and ways of boosting them to serve the interests of the two brotherly peoples."
