The establishment of more than 200 national companies during the past month of August

BAGHDAD / JD / .. Ministry of Commerce announced the establishment of more than 200 national companies during the past month of August, confirmed that it has audited the accounts of (1375) until 3013.
The ministry said in a statement received / JD / copy of it: that the cadres of the registrar of companies in the ministry completed the formation transactions (202) national company during the past month of August.
She explained that the department has issued several decisions relating to amending the companies' contracts were distributed between the company's capital increase and change the activity of companies, in addition to the decisions of integration and write-off and liquidation of companies.
She added that the department has audited final accounts in the national companies of (1375) is a national company from 2002 until 2013, in addition to merge accounts (53) company and a settling of accounts (23) company and liquidation (9) and write (6) Company has also been referred (166) to the forensic investigator for violating instructions.
The Act ministry in its statement that the Department of Registration of companies has ratified the minutes of meetings constituent of listed companies during the period from 1/8 to 8/31/2013 shares of (190) Minutes in addition to ratification (15) Minutes of special meetings of the General Authority for joint-stock companies. / End / 22 /
