    27 convicted of Spyker murder and 25 others released

    The Central Criminal Court has sentenced 27 people convicted of involvement in the Spyker crime, while 25 have been released for lack of evidence.
    The Criminal Court had sentenced to death the death of 36 terrorists convicted of the crime of Spyker, while executed in August last year.
    "The Central Criminal Court, in its second instance, sentenced 27 people convicted of participating in the Spyker crime," Judge Abdul Sattar Birqdar, spokesman for the Supreme Judicial Council, said in a statement.
    "The decision was based on the provisions of article 4 of the anti-terrorism law," he said.
    The spokesman of the Judicial Council that "the decision is preliminary challenge to the Federal Court of Cassation," noting that "the Criminal Court has released at the same time 25 accused for not proven evidence against them."
    It is noteworthy that the organization called the terrorist deliberately in June 2014, the killing of more than 1700 Iraqi soldiers at the base of Spyker in Salahaddin province.

    Criminal Court sentenced to death of 27 convicts in the Spyker case

    BAGHDAD - The Central Criminal Court has sentenced 27 people convicted of involvement in the Spyker crime and released 25 suspects for lack of evidence.
    "The Central Criminal Court, in its second instance, sentenced 27 people convicted of involvement in the Spyker crime," Judge Abdul Sattar Birqdar, spokesman of the Supreme Judicial Council, said in a statement.
    "The decision was based on the provisions of article 4 of the anti-terrorism law," he said.
    He pointed out that "the decision is preliminary and can be challenged in the Federal Court of Cassation," he pointed out that "the Criminal Court has released at the same time 25 defendants for lack of evidence against them."
    Recall the elements who advocated the crime of Spyker in June 2014, the killing of (1700) Iraqi soldiers at the base of Spyker in Salahaddin province.
