    [rtl]Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin were in Ankara last week, the Turkish news agency reported, noting that the two leaders agreed on the "impossibility" of allowing Iraqi Kurdistan to secede..[/rtl]
