Susan Saad: Bill (Basra, Iraq's economic capital) before the second reading is very different to the law that has a first reading

Described the MP for the mass of the Virtue parliamentary Susan Saad change the articles of the draft law (Basra, Iraq's capital economic) as a violation of the law, calling on the House of Representatives not to read it a second reading due to the fact that all materials are completely different to the bill, which has been read a first reading.
said in a statement today: "The bill (Basra, Iraq's capital economic) was included on the agenda of the House of Representatives yesterday for the purpose of reading a second reading, and fortunately that time constraints have not had the opportunity to read it, draft law, which was distributed copies of it to the House of Representatives completely different to the law that has been read the first reading , and it is reasonable to read this law, a second reading when it is for IMT nothing to do with the law that we have read the first reading. "
said the MP for the province of Basra: "It seems that the federal government has reservations about the bill since it is needed to financial allocations, making it objects to it , and this led to change all the articles of the draft law, which has been completely emptied of its content. "
